Verily, a man would perform the deeds of the people of Paradise for a long time, then his deeds would be concluded with the deeds of the people of Hell. And verily, a man would perform the deeds of the people of Hell for a long time, and then his deeds would be concluded with the deeds of the people of Paradise.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَنَ الطَّوِيلَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ثُمَّ يُخْتَمُ لَهُ عَمَلُهُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَنَ الطَّوِيلَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ ثُمَّ يُخْتَمُ لَهُ عَمَلُهُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ  

Sahl b. Sa'd reported it from Messenger of Allah ﷺ that a person performs deeds like the deeds of the people of Paradise apparently before people and he would be amongst the dwellers of Hell and a person acts apparently like the people of Hell, but (in fact) he would be among the dwellers of Paradise.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فِيمَا يَبْدُو لِلنَّاسِ وَهُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فِيمَا يَبْدُو لِلنَّاسِ وَهُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, a person may perform the actions of the people of the Fire, while he is from the people of Paradise. And verily, a person may perform the actions of the people of Paradise, while he is from the people of the Fire. Indeed, actions are judged by their endings."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالْخَوَاتِيمِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed, a man may perform the deeds of the people of Paradise, and yet he is written in the record as being of the people of Hell. Then, before his death, he changes and performs the deeds of the people of Hell, so he dies while being among them, and enters Hell. And indeed, a man may perform the deeds of the people of Hell, and yet he is written in the record as being of the people of Paradise. Then, before his death, he changes and performs the deeds of the people of Paradise, so he dies while being among them, and enters Paradise.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمَكْتُوبٌ فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَإِذَا كَانَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ تَحَوَّلَ فَعَمِلَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَمَاتَ فَدَخَلَ النَّارَ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمَكْتُوبٌ فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا كَانَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ تَحَوَّلَ فَعَمِلَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَمَاتَ فَدَخَلَهَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, a person may perform the deeds of the people of the Hellfire and be written with Allah ﷻ as one of the people of Paradise. And a person may perform the deeds of the people of Paradise and be written with Allah ﷻ as one of the people of the Hellfire."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَالَّذِينَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَانَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ ﷻ لَمَكْتُوبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَانَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ ﷻ لَمَكْتُوبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, a person may do deeds that appear to people as the actions of the people of Paradise, while he is from the people of Hellfire. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ فِيمَا يَرَى النَّاسُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّهُ لَيَعْمَلُ فِيمَا يَرَى النَّاسُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وإِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالْخَوَاتِيمِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, a person may do actions that appear to people as the actions of the people of Paradise, while in reality, he is from the people of Hell. And indeed, a person may do actions that appear to people as the actions of the people of Hell, while in reality, he is from the people of Paradise. Indeed, actions are judged by their endings."

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet, ﷺ , he said, "Indeed, a man may perform the actions of the people of Paradise while appearing to be one of them, but he is actually one of the people of Hell. Likewise, a man may perform the actions of the people of Hell while appearing to be one of them, but he is actually one of the people of Paradise."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فِيمَا تَرَوْنَ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فِيمَا تَرَوْنَ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ»  

Sahl b. "إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَل أهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فيمَا يَرَى النَّاسُ وَإنَّهُ لَمنْ أهْلِ النَّارِ، وَإِنَّهُ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ أهْلِ النَّارِ فِيمَا يَرَى النَّاسُ، وإنَّه لمَنْ أهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، وإنَّمَا الأَعْمَالُ بالْخَواتِيم" وفي لَفْظ: "بِخَواتِيمَها".  

Sahl b. Sa'd reported it from Messenger of Allah ﷺ that a person performs deeds like the deeds of the people of Paradise apparently before people and he would be amongst the dwellers of Hell and a person acts apparently like the people of Hell, but (in fact) he would be among the dwellers of Paradise. "إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ الْجَنَّةِ - فيمَا يَبْدوُ للنَّاسِ - وَهْوَ مِنْ أهْلِ النَّار، وَإنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ أهْلِ النَّارِ - فيِمَا يَبْدُو للنَّاسِ - وَهُوَ مِنْ أهلِ الْجَنَّة".  

"إِنَّ الرَّجلَ لَيعمَلُ بعَمَلِ أهْل الْجَنَّة، وَإِنَّه لَمِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ بِعَمَل أهْلِ النَّارِ، وَإِنَّهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، تُدْركُهُ الشِّقْوَةُ، أو السَّعَادَةُ عنْدَ خُرُوجِ نَفَسه فَيخْتَمُ لَهُ بها".  

"إِنَّ أهلَ الجنَّةِ مُيسَّرون لِعمل أهل الجنَّةِ، وإنَّ أهلَ النَّارِ مُيسَّرُون لِعمَل أهلِ النَّار".
