He heard Ibn Abbas and Ibn Umar narrate that while he was on the minbar, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "People should stop neglecting Jumu'ah or Allah will place a seal on their hearts and they will be deemed as being among the negligent." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1370)
The Prophet ﷺ said: He who leaves the Friday prayer (continuously) for three Friday on account of slackness, Allah will print a stamp on his heart. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1052)
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever misses jumu'ah with no excuse, let him give a dinar in charity, and if he cannot afford that, then half a dinar." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1372-1)
"I was sitting beside him on Friday and he said: 'A man came, stepping over people's necks, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Sit down, you are disturbing people." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1399)
[Machine] "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Indeed, the length of a man's prayer and the brevity of his sermon is indicative of his understanding (of religion). So lengthen the prayer and shorten the sermon, for indeed, eloquence is a form of magic.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of you feels drowsy during his gathering on Friday, he should move from it to another."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If you say to your companion: 'Be quiet and listen' when the imam is delivering the Khutbah, you have engaged in idle speech." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1577)
[Machine] Abdullah ibn Masoud entered the mosque and the Prophet ﷺ was delivering a sermon. He sat beside Ubayy ibn Ka'b and asked him about something or spoke to him about something, but he did not respond to him. Ibn Masoud thought that Ubayy did not hear him. When the Prophet ﷺ finished his prayer, Ibn Masoud said to Ubayy, "O Ubayy, what prevented you from responding to me?" Ubayy said, "You did not attend Jumu'ah (Friday) prayer with us." Ibn Masoud asked why, and Ubayy replied, "You were speaking while the Prophet ﷺ was delivering a sermon." Ibn Masoud then got up and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him about what had happened. The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Ubayy spoke the truth, obey Ubayy."
When you tell (your brother on Friday) to be silent while the imam is giving the sermon you are guilty of idle talk. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1112)
The Messenger of Allah said: "Every Khutbah that does not have the Tashah-hud in it, then it is like a severed hand." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1106)
[Machine] He said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us and recited S (Surah Sad), and when he came to the prostration verse, he descended and prostrated, so we prostrated with him. He recited it again, and when he reached the prostration verse, we prepared ourselves for prostration. When he saw us, he said: 'Indeed, it is the repentance of a Prophet, but I see that you have prepared for prostration.' Then he descended and prostrated, so we prostrated with him."
[Machine] "My father and the messenger of Allah ﷺ came and delivered the sermon. He stood in the sun, so the messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered for him to be moved into the shade."
[Machine] I asked Jabir ibn Samurah how the Prophet ﷺ used to deliver speeches. He replied, "He ﷺ would deliver a sermon, then sit for a while, and then stand up and deliver another sermon."
I used to pray with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and both his prayer and sermon were of moderate length. (Using translation from Muslim 866a)
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to deliver a sermon from the pulpit, then he would sit and then stand and deliver another sermon. He would sit between the two sermons, reciting from the Book of Allah and reminding the people."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ stood up and said, "Fear the Fire." Then he turned away and repeated, "Fear the Fire." He continued to turn away and repeat it until we saw that he was seeing it. Then he said, "Fear the Fire even if it is with half a date." And if you do not find that, then with a kind word.
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to descend from the pulpit and the prayer would be established. Then a person would come and talk to him about a need, and he would stand with him until he fulfilled his need, then he would move forward and perform the prayer."

What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited on Friday after reciting the Surah al-Jumu'ah (62). He replied: He used to recite, "Had the story of overwhelming event reached you ?" (88). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1123)

the Messenger of Allah said: “Verily, when the slave (of Allah) commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. When he refrains from it, seeks forgiveness and repents, his heart is polished clean. But if he returns, it increases until it covers his entire heart. And that is the ‘Ran’ which Allah mentioned: ‘Nay, but on their hearts is the Ran which they used to earn.’” (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3334)

(The Prophet ﷺ came out) till he reached the mark which was near the house of Kathir bin As-Salt, offered the prayer, delivered the Khutba and then went towards the women. Bilal was accompanying him. [Machine] I heard Al-Mugheerah bin Shu'bah say that the sun was eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day Ibrahim, may Allah's peace be upon him, died. So the people said, "The sun has been eclipsed because of the death of Ibrahim." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Verily the sun and the moon are signs among the signs of Allah, they do not eclipse because of the death or life of anyone. So when you see them, supplicate to Allah and perform prayer until it becomes clear."

They said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, we saw you stretching out your hand when you were standing, then we saw you moving backward. He said: 'I saw Paradise-or it was shown to me- and I reached out to a take a bunch of its fruits. If I ha taken it you would have eaten from it for as long as this world lasts. And I saw Hell and I have never seen anything like it, and I saw that most of its inhabitants are women.' They said: "Why, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ? He said: 'Because of their ingratitude.' It was said: 'Are they ungrateful to Allah?' He said: 'They are ungrateful to their husbands and they are ungrateful for kind treatment. If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime, then she sees (one) bad thing from you, she will say: I have never seen anything good from you.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1493)
