ذِكْرُ مَا كَانَ يَقُولُ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ فِي جُلُوسِهِ بَيْنَ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to deliver a sermon from the pulpit, then he would sit and then stand and deliver another sermon. He would sit between the two sermons, reciting from the Book of Allah and reminding the people."  

ابن حبّان:٢٨٠٣أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَزَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَخْطُبُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَخْطُبُ فَيَجْلِسُ بَيْنَ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ يَقْرَأُ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَيُذَكِّرُ النَّاسَ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to deliver his sermons while standing and would sit between the sermons and recite verses and remind the people.

«كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُومُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَيَخْطُبُ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَخْطُبُ يَجْلِسُ بَيْنَ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ»
