"أَرَادَتْ عَائِشَةُ أَنْ تَشْتَرِىَ بَرِيرَةَ، فَقَالُوا: تَبْتَاعِينَها عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِىِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلك مِنْهَا فَإنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ".

He said, "What they stipulate should not hinder you from buying her, as the Wala' is for the manumitted."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
That Aisha, the mother of the Believers, intended to buy a slave girl in order to manumit her. The slave girl's master said, "We are ready to sell her to you on the condition that her Wala should be for us." Aisha mentioned that to Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, "This (condition) should not prevent you from buying her, for the Wala is for the one who manumits (the slave)."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكِ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
We are prepared to sell her to you on the condition that her right of inheritance would vest with you. She (Hadrat A'isha) made a mention of that to Messenger of Allah ﷺ whereupon he said: This should not stand in your way. The right of inheritance vests in one who emancipates.
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
'A'isha (Allah be pleated with her) thought of buying a slave-girl and emancipating her, but her owners refused to (sell her but on the condition) that the right of inheritance would vest in them. She made a mention of that to Messenger of Allah ﷺ. whereupon he said: Let this (condition) not stand in your way for the right of inheritance vests with one who emancipates.
أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً تُعْتِقُهَا فَأَبَى أَهْلُهَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْوَلاَءُ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكِ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
"We will sell her to you on condition that her loyalty (Walla) is to us," She mentioned that top the Messenger of Allah and he said: "That should not stop you. Loyalty belongs to the one who sets the slave free."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
'Aishah, mother of believers (ra), intended to buy a slave-girl to set her free. Her people said: We shall sell her to you on one condition that we shall inherit from her. 'Aishah mentioned it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: That should not prevent you, for the right of inheritance belongs to the one who has set a person free.

Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that A'isha umm al-muminin wanted to buy a slave-girl and set her free. Her people said, "We will sell her to you provided that her wala' is ours." She mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "Don't let that hinder you, for the wala' only belongs to the one who sets free."
أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعَنَّكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
