Ibn 'Umar said, "We used to say this a hundred times in the assembly of the Prophet ﷺ 'O Lord, forgive me and turn back to me (forgive me). You are the Ever-Turning back (to his slaves), the Merciful.'"

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ مِئَةَ مَرَّةٍ

'A'isha said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the Duha prayer and then said, 'O Lord, forgive me and turn to me. You are the Ever-Turning back (to his slaves), the Merciful' a hundred times."

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الضُّحَى ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ حَتَّى قَالَهَا مِئَةَ مَرَّةٍ

Ibn Umar said: I heard the Prophet ﷺ asking Allah to forgive him a hundred times in this assembly with the words, 

rabbi ighfir lī wa-tub ʿalayya wa-irḥamnī, innaka anta al-tawwābu al-raḥīm.

"My Lord, forgive me, accept my repentance, and have mercy on me. Indeed, You are the Accepter of repentance, the Most Merciful."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ مِئَةَ مَرَّةٍ: «رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ وَارْحَمْنِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ.»

In one sitting we would count the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying a hundred times: "rabbi ighfir lī wa-tub ʿalayya, innaka anta al-ttawwābu al-raḥīmu (My Lord, forgive me and pardon me for You are the Most Accepting of Repentance and the Most Merciful.)"

إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ الْوَاحِدِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ: (رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ۔)

"We used to count that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said one hundred times in a gathering: 'Rabbighfirli wa tub ʿalayya innaka Antat-Tawwabur-Rahim (O Allah forgive me and accept my repentance, for You are the Accepter of repentance, the Most Merciful).'"

إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ يَقُولُ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ

We counted that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say a hundred times during a meeting: "My Lord, forgive me and pardon me; Thou art the Pardoning and forgiving One". (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1516)

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ يَقُولُ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ

[AI] I was sitting with the Prophet ﷺ when I heard him seeking forgiveness one hundred times, then he said, "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the One who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful. Or indeed, You are the One who accepts repentance, the Most Forgiving."

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَسَمِعْتُهُ اسْتَغْفَرَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَتُبْعَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ أَوْ إِنَّكَ تَوَّابٌ غَفُورٌ

[AI] "He ﷺ was sitting with the Messenger of Allah, and he said, 'O Allah, forgive me and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Oft-Returning, the Merciful.' This was repeated by him one hundred times."

أَنَّهُ كَانَ قَاعِدًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ حَتَّى عَدَّ الْعَادُّ بِيَدِهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ قَاعِدًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ» حَتَّى عَدَّ الْعَادُّ فِي يَدِهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أسْتَغْفِرُكَ وأَتُوبُ إِلَيكَ فَتُبْ عَليَّ إِنَّكَ أنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ".

"رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِى وَارْحَمْنى وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ".

"رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِى وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ".

"إِن كُنَّا لنعد لِرَسُول اللهِ ﷺ فِى المجْلسِ يقُولُ: رَبّ اغْفِرْ لِى وَتُبْ عَلِىَّ إِنكَ أَنْتَ الْتوابُ الرَّحِيمُ الغَفُورُ مِائةَ مَرَّةٍ".

"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ لِرَسُولِ الله ﷺ في المَجْلِسِ يَقُولُ: رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِى وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَابُ الرَّحِيمُ: مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ".

"عَنْ زَاذَانَ قَالَ: حدَّثني رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ وَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رسولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صلاةٍ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوابُ الغَفُورُ، مائة مَرَّةٍ".
