Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah! Forgive those who get their heads shaved." The people asked. "Also those who get their hair cut short?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah! Forgive those who have their heads shaved." The people said, "Also those who get their hair cut short?" The Prophet (invoke Allah for those who have their heads shaved and) at the third time said, "also (forgive) those who get their hair cut short."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَهَا ثَلاَثًا قَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ

[Machine] On the day of Hudaybiyah, the Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah, forgive those who have shaved their heads." A man asked, "What about those who have cut their hair short?" Allah's Messenger repeated, "O Allah, forgive those who have shaved their heads." The man asked again about those who have cut their hair short, and the Prophet repeated the dua again. This happened for three or four times. Then, the Prophet said, "And forgive those who have cut their hair short."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ حَتَّى قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا أَوْ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ قَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said on the Day of Hudaybiyyah, "O Allah, forgive those who shaved their heads." A man then asked, "What about those who trimmed their hair?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "O Allah, forgive those who shaved their heads" and repeated it three or four times. Then he said, "And forgive those who trimmed their hair."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ حَتَّى قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا أَوْ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ قَالَ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ

[Machine] The passage translates to: "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'O Allah, forgive those who shave their heads.' A man asked, 'And what about those who trim their hair?' He replied, 'O Allah, forgive those who shave their heads.' The man asked again, 'And what about those who trim their hair?' He said, 'In the third or fourth group, and also forgive those who trim their hair.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقِينَ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ وَلِلمُقَصِّرِينَ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "May Allah show mercy to those who shave their heads." They said, "What about those who trim their hair?" He said, "May Allah show mercy to those who trim their hair as well."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ يَرْحَمُ اللهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا فِي الثَّالِثَةِ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ

[Machine] She heard the Prophet ﷺ in Mina calling the ones who shaved their heads (after Hajj) three times. It was said to him, "And what about those who shortened (their hair)?" He said (in the third call), "And for those who shortened (their hair)."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِمِنًى دَعَا لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ

“O Allah, forgive those who shave (their heads).” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, and those who cut (their hair)?’ He said; “O Allah, forgive those who shave (their heads),” three times. They said: “O Messenger of Allah, and those who cut (their hair)?” He said: “And those who cut (their hair).” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3043)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ وَالرَّابِعَةِ «وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah, forgive the ones who shave their heads." It was asked, "What about those who trim their hair?" He said, "O Allah, forgive the ones who shave their heads." It was asked again, "What about those who trim their hair?" He said, "O Allah, forgive the ones who shave their heads." It was asked for the fourth time, "And what about those who trim their hair?"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قِيلَ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قِيلَ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ «وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah, forgive those who shave their heads." They said, "What about those who cut their hair short?" He said the same in the third time, "And those who cut their hair short."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالُوا وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ «وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, forgive the ones who shave (their heads)." A man said, "And the ones who trim (their hair)?" He said, "O Allah, forgive the ones who shave." Then, the man said, "And the ones who trim?" He repeated for the third or fourth time, "And the ones who trim."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ فَقَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ «وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah! Forgive those who get their heads shaved." The people asked. "Also those who get their hair cut short?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah! Forgive those who have their heads shaved." The people said, "Also those who get their hair cut short?" The Prophet (invoke Allah for those who have their heads shaved and) at the third time said, "also (forgive) those who get their hair cut short." (Using translation from Bukhārī 1728)

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالُوا وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالُوا وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ «وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللهم اغفر للمحلقين قال في الثالثة وللمقصرين

"اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقينَ، قَالُوا: والمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ! قَال: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمحَلِّقينَ: قَال فِي الثَّالِثَةِ وَالمُقصِّرِينَ".

"اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَم المُحَلِّقينَ: قَالُوا: والمُقَصِّرينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَال: اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ المُحَلِّقِينَ: قَال في الثالِثَةِ وَالمُقَصِّرينَ ".

"عَنْ حُبْشِىِّ بْنِ جُنَادَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ للْمُحلِّقِينَ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ الله وَالْمُقصِّرِينَ، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُحَلِّقِينَ، قَالَ فِى الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ: وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ".
