Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding the sale of fruit until its good condition is obvious.  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ  

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruit until it had started to ripen. He forbade the transaction to both buyer and seller.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ  

[Machine] That he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say: I saw the Prophet (PBUH) throwing the pebbles at the Jamarat as if they were the size of lentils.  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ  

[Machine] He heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited tattooing on the face and striking the face.  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْوَسْمِ فِي الْوَجْهِ وَالضَّرْبِ فِي الْوَجْهِ  

"The Messenger of Allah forbade selling a heap of dried dates whose volume is unknown for known volume of dried dates," (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4547)   

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الصُّبْرَةِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ لَا يُعْلَمُ مَكِيلُهَا بِالْكَيْلِ الْمُسَمَّى مِنَ التَّمْرِ  

[Machine] He heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up for a funeral procession that passed by him until it disappeared.  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺلِجِنَازَةٍ مَرَّتْ بِهِ حَتَّى تَوَارَتْ  

[Machine] He heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying that the Prophet ﷺ forbade a woman from covering her head.  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ زَجَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَصِلَ الْمَرْأَةُ بِرَأْسِهَا شَيْئًا  

[Machine] He heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying, "The Prophet ﷺ forbade wearing iron rings."  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ يَقُولُ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الشِّغَارِ  

[Machine] He informed him that he heard Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, saying, "We ate the meat of Khaybar horses and wild donkeys, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the meat of domestic donkeys."  

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ يَقُولُ أَكَلْنَا زَمَنَ خَيْبَرَ الْخَيْلَ وَحُمُرَ الْوَحْشِ وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْحِمَارِ الْأَهْلِيِّ  

[Machine] Ibn Abdullah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ forbade killing animals so patiently.  

بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ يَقُولُ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ صَبْرًا
