The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: Get me the mat from the mosque. I said: I am menstruating. Upon this he remarked: Your menstruation is not in your hand. (Using translation from Muslim 298a)
قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: Get me the mat from the mosque. I said: I am menstruating. Upon this he remarked: Your menstruation is not in your hand.
لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered me that I should get him the mat from the mosque. I said: I am menstruating. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Do get me that, for menstruation is not in your hand.
أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُنَاوِلَهُ الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ تَنَاوَلِيهَا فَإِنَّ الْحَيْضَةَ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in the mosque, he said: O 'A'isha, get me that garment. She said: I am menstruating. Upon this he remarked: Your menstruation is not in your hand, and she, therefore, got him that.
بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ يَا عَائِشَةُ نَاوِلِينِي الثَّوْبَ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ فَنَاوَلَتْهُ
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Give me the mat from the MAsjid.' She said: 'I am menstruating.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Your menstruation is not in your hand.'"
لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَتْ حَيْضَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Give me the mat from the Masjid.'" She said: "I am menstruating." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Your menstruation is not in you hand."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَتْ حَيْضَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ
The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) said to me; Get me the mat from the mosque. I said ; I am menstruating. The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) then replied: Your menstruation is not in your hand.
لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
"Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Bring me the Khumrah from the Masjid.' She said: "I said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'Indeed your menstruation is not in your hand.'"
لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
"The Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Get me a mat from the mosque.' I said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'Your menstruation is not in your hand.'"
لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ لَيْسَتْ حَيْضَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to Aisha, "Hand me the container of water from the mosque." She said, "Indeed, I am menstruating." He said, "Verily, it is not in your hand."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي كَفِّكِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to Aisha, "Give me the small drinking vessel from the mosque." She said, "Indeed, I have menstruated." He asked, "Did your menstruation start? Is it in your hand?"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْدَثْتُ فَقَالَ أَوَحَيْضَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ؟

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهَا نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to Aisha, "Bring me the Khumrah." She said, "But I am on my period." He said, "Indeed, your period is not in your control."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
"Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Bring me the Khumrah from the Masjid.' She said: "I said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'Indeed your menstruation is not in your hand.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 134)
لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَكِ لَيْسَ بِيَدِكِ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said to the young girl while he was in the mosque, 'Bring me the cup.' She said, 'He wants to stretch it out and pray upon it.' She then said, 'I am menstruating.' He ﷺ said, 'Indeed, her menstruation is not in her control.'"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلْجَارِيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْسُطَهَا فَيُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِهَا
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Pass me the glass." She replied, "I am menstruating." He said, "Indeed, it is not in your hands."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in the mosque and he said to the young girl, 'Bring me the cushion.' She said, 'He wants to spread it out and pray on it.' She said, 'But she is menstruating.' He said, 'Her menstruation is not in her control.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ لِلْجَارِيَةِ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْسُطَهَا فَيُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَهَا لَيْسَ فِي يَدِهَا
[Machine] She said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ told her: 'give me the drinking horn'." She said: "So I said: 'I am menstruating'." He said: "It is not in your hands, so give it to me."
أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ فَنَاوَلْتُهُ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Pass me the vessel." She said, "I am menstruating." He said, "Verily, it is not in your hands."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا «نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ» قَالَتْ «إِنِّي حَائِضٌ» قَالَ «إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ»
[Machine] To drink wine from the mosque and then say "I am menstruating" and he says, "Indeed, your menstruation is not in your palm, so you can drink it."
أَنْ تُنَاوِلَهُ الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَقُولُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَيَقُولُ «إِنَّ حِيضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي كَفِّكِ فَتُنَاوِلُهُ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Pass me the hookah." She said, "I am on my period." He said, "It is not in your control."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا «نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ» قَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ «إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ»
The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) said to me; Get me the mat from the mosque. I said ; I am menstruating. The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) then replied: Your menstruation is not in your hand. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 261)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ» قُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ «إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ»
[Machine] She said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Pass me the pitcher of wine." She said, so I said, "I am menstruating." He said, "It is not in your hands." So, I handed it to him.
أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ» قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ «إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ» فَنَاوَلْتُهُ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Hand me the water skin from the mosque." She (a woman) said: "I am menstruating." He said: "Verily, your menstruation is not in your control."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَتْ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ «إِنَّ حَيْضَتُكِ لَيْسَتْ بِيَدِكِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave me a drink, so I said, "Indeed, I am menstruating." He said, "Can't you wash your hand?"
لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ أَوَ بِيَدِكِ هُوَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to bring him the wine. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am menstruating." He said, "Indeed, your menstruation is not in your hands."
أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُنَاوِلَهُ الْخُمْرَةَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ
"إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا: نَاوِلِينِي الخُمْرة مِنَ المَسْجِد قَالَت: إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ: إنَّ حَيْضَتَك لَيْسَت فِي يَدكِ".
