Can one of us sleep if he is junub? He said: ʿYes, if he does wudoo’ as for prayer.ʿ It was narrated from Ibn ʿUmar that ʿUmar asked the Prophet ﷺ... a similar hadeeth.
عُمَرَأَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْوَيَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلاةِ
ʿUmar asked the Prophet ﷺ "Can anyone of us sleep while he is Junub?" He replied, "Yes, if he performs ablution."
اسْتَفْتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهْوَ جُنُبٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ
] I said: O Messenger of Allah, can one of us go to sleep when he is junub? He said: “Yes, if he does wudoo'.”
عُمَرَعَنْ عُمَرَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيَرْقُدُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ
[Machine] Umar ibn Al-Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, "Can one of us sleep while in a state of impurity (janabah)?" He replied, "Yes, but he should perform ablution (wudu)."
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ
'Umar bin Khattab said to the Messenger of Allah: "can anyone of us sleep if he is sexually impure?" He said: "Yes, if he performs ablution." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 585)
أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ
[Machine] He asked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , "Can one of us sleep while in a state of impurity (junub)?" He replied, "Yes, but he should perform ablution (wudu) if he wishes."
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ إِنْ شَاءَ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ «أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟» قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
"O Messenger of Allah! May any one of us sleep while he is Junub?" He said: "When he performs Wudu'." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 259)
أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ»
"عن عمرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يا رسولَ الله: أينامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ إذا تَوضَّأَ، وَفى لَفْظ قَالَ: يَغْسِلُ ذَكرَهُ وَيَتوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ".
"عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ : أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ: يَنامُ وَيتوضَّأُ إِنْ شَاءَ"
"أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ : هَلْ يَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا أَوْ يُطْعَمُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، يَتَوَضَّأُ وضُوءهُ لِلصَّلاَةِ".
"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَ: إذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ وَيَطْعمُ شَيْئًا".
