On the day of Khaibar, Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the eating of donkey meat.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ  

Don't be hasty (in your religious verdict), Ibn 'Abbas, for Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the Day of Khaibar prohibited that forever - along with the eating of flesh of domestic asses.  

مَهْلاً يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْهَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الإِنْسِيَّةِ  

"Ali said to Ibn'Abbas, may Allah be please with them both: The Prophet forbade Mut'ah marriage, and the flesh of domesticated donkeys on the Day of Khaibar."'  

قَالَ عَلِيٌّ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ  

"You are confused, the Messenger of Allah forbade it, and the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaibar."  

إِنَّكَ تَائِهٌ إِنَّهُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْهَا وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ  

On the day of Khaibar, Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the eating of donkey meat. (Using translation from Bukhārī 4217)  

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ  

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, it is forbidden to consume the meat of domesticated donkeys on the day of Khaibar.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ  

'Ali b. AbiTalib reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited on the Day of Khaibar the contracting of temporary marriage with women and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses. (Using translation from Muslim 1407a)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَعَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ»  

"You are confused, the Messenger of Allah forbade it, and the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaibar." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3365)  

«إِنَّكَ تَائِهٌ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْهَا وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ»  

"Ali said to Ibn'Abbas, may Allah be please with them both: The Prophet forbade Mut'ah marriage, and the flesh of domesticated donkeys on the Day of Khaibar."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4334)  

قَالَ عَلِيٌّ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ»  

The Messenger of Allah forbade on the Day of Khaibar, the temporary marriage of women and (he forbade) the flesh of domestic donkeys. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1961)
