Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Every correct action is sadaqa."

الأدب المفرد:٢٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ مَعْرُوفٍ صَدَقَةٌ

Every act of goodness is sadaqa.

مسلم:١٠٠٥ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيِّ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ فِي حَدِيثِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ قَالَ

نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ مَعْرُوفٍ صَدَقَةٌ

Your prophet (May peace be upon him) said : Every good act is a SADAQAH (almsgiving).
