[Machine] From Abu Usaid or Abu Asid ibn Thabit, Sufyan doubted that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Eat olive oil and apply it as an ointment, for it is from a blessed tree."

[Machine] Abu Usaid used to say, "I hit on the Day of Badr the sword of Ibn 'Aidh Al-Marzubani. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the people to give what was in their hands, I approached him until I threw it in the collection bin." He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not refuse anything that he was asked for." Al-Arqam ibn Abi Al-Arqam recognized it and asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for it, so he gave it to him. He said, "It was read about Ya'qub in the military expeditions of his father, or it was heard from him." Ibn Ishaq said, "Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr narrated to me, he said: Some of Banu Sa'idah narrated to me from Abu Usaid Malik ibn Rabiah, he said: I hit the sword of Bani 'Aidh Al-Marzubani on the Day of Badr. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the people to give what was in their hands of the collection bin, I approached him until I threw it in the collection bin. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not refuse anything that he was asked for." Al-Arqam ibn Abi Al-Arqam recognized it and asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for it, so he gave it to him.

ahmad:16105ʿAbdullāh b. Numayr > Hishām / Ibn ʿUrwah b. al-Zbyr > Abū al-Zubayr

Ibn Zubair uttered at the end of every prayer after pronouncing salutation (these words):" There is no god but Allah. He is alone. There is no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and He is Potent over everything. There is no might or power except with Allah. There is no god but Allah and we do not worship but Him alone. To Him belong all bounties, to Him belongs all Grace, and to Him is worthy praise accorded. There is no god but Allah, to Whom we are sincere in devotion, even though the unbelievers should disapprove it." (The narrator said): He (the Holy Prophet) uttered it at the end of every (obligatory) prayer. (Using translation from Muslim 594a)

ahmad:16106Mūsá b. Dāwud > Nāfiʿ / Ibn ʿUmar > Ibn Abū

ahmad:16140Yazīd b. Hārūn > al-ʿAwwām b. Ḥawshab > Ibrāhīm a freed slave of Ṣukhayr

[Machine] Narrated by one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad, ﷺ , he said, "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , intended to prohibit a certain type of sale. So we said, 'O Messenger of Allah, it is our livelihood.' He replied, 'Then it is not allowed.' And we used to be called middlemen. And he mentioned the Hadith."

ahmad:15708Wakīʿ > Sufyān > ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib

[Machine] I came to Umm Kulthum, the daughter of Ali, with a donation, but she refused it and said: "Tell me what the slave of the Prophet ﷺ, whose name is Mihran, told you." She said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Charity is not permissible for the family of Muhammad, but it is permissible for their slaves and servants."

أحمد:١٥٧٠٨حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ

ahmad:15771Ismāʿīl > Ibn ʿAwn > ʿUmar b. Kathīr b. Aflaḥ

[Machine] When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left, I said, "I will prepare myself tomorrow and catch up with him." So, I took my provisions and stayed the night without finishing them. I said, "I will take my provisions tomorrow and the people will be close behind." Then, I will catch up with them. So, I stayed the night without finishing them. When the third day came, I took my provisions and stayed the night without finishing them. I said, "Oh, how people have preceded me three times!" So, I stayed (behind). When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived, the people started apologizing to him. I approached until I stood in front of him and said, "I was in campaigns easier in terms of physical hardship and expenses for me than these campaigns. But the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turned away from me and ordered the people not to speak to me. Our women were ordered to turn away from us." He said, "So, I built a wall one day, then behold! I saw Jabir ibn Abdullah. I said, 'O Jabir, I adjure you by Allah! Did you see me deceiving Allah and His Messenger on any day?' He remained silent and did not speak to me. He continued not to speak to me. Then, on another day, I heard a man on the slope saying, 'Ka'b! Ka'b!' until he approached me. He said, 'Give good news to Ka'b!'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ لَا يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ

ahmad:13767ʿAbdullāh b. Bakr > Ḥumayd > Anas

"When this Ayah was revealed: By no means shall you attain Al-Birr unless you spend of that which you love (3:92). Or, '...Who is he that will lend to Allah a goodly loan... (2:245)' Abu Talhah - who had a garden - said: 'O Messenger of Allah! My garden is for Allah, and if I was able to keep it secret I would not make it public.' So he said: 'Keep it for your relatives' or 'your close relatives.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2997)
