[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: There is no difference of opinion in it. He said: Ka'b ibn Malik narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever visits a sick person, he dives in the mercy. When he sits near him, he is submerged in it. And you have submerged yourselves in the mercy of Allah, if Allah wills."  

أحمد:١٥٧٩٧ – حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ دَخَلَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا حَفْصٍ حَدِّثْنَا حَدِيثًا

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ فِيهِ اخْتِلَافٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا خَاضَ فِي الرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا جَلَسَ عِنْدَهُ اسْتَنْقَعَ فِيهَا وَقَدِ اسْتَنْقَعْتُمْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ فِي الرَّحْمَةِ

[Machine] Narrated from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , a hadith that contains no disagreement. He narrated from Ka'b bin 'Ujrah who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever visits a sick person, they have delved into mercy. When they sit beside them, they are seeking intercession in it." He said that one can say to their companions, "Let us seek intercession, if Allah wills."
