The Prophet ﷺ said: The prayer a man offers in his house is more excellent than his prayer in this mosque of mine except obligatory prayer. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1044)  

الطبراني:٤٨٩٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الصَّائِغُ قَالُوا ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بَرَدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي النَّضْرِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «صَلَاةُ الْمَرْءِ فِي بَيْتِهِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ فِي مَسْجِدِي إِلَّا الْمَكْتُوبَةَ»
