[Machine] Al-Mughira bin Shu'bah reported, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in his favor on a certain matter." Muhammad bin Muslima Al-Ansari testified for him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had ruled in his favor.  

الطبراني:١٨٢٦٩حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ اسْتَفْتَاهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ

الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ «قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِغُرَّةٍ» فَشَهِدَ لَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ

I bear witness to the fact that Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave judgment about it that a good quality of slave or female slave should be given for it. Thereupon 'Umar said: Bring one who may bear witness to you. Then Muhammad b. Maslama bore witness to him.

“Umar bin Khattab consulted the people concerning a woman who had been caused to miscarry. Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah said: 'I saw the messenger of Allah ﷺ rule that a slave, male or female, be given as blood money (for a fetus).' 'Umar said: 'Bring me someone who will testify alongside you. So he brought Muhammad bin Maslamah to testify along with him.'”

[Machine] "Lahul Mughiratu qada fihi Rasulullahi salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam bil ghurrah faqala lahu 'Umaru in kunta sadiqan fa'ti bi ahadin ya'lamu dhalika fa shahida Muhammad ibnu Muslimah anna Rasulullahi salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam qada bihi."

Translation: Mughirah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a dispute, and the Prophet ﷺ made a decision in his favor. Umar said to him, "If you are truthful, bring someone who knows about this." Muhammad ibn Muslimah testified that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had indeed made a decision in his favor.  

أحمد:١٨١٣٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامٌ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ اسْتَشَارَهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ

لَهُ الْمُغِيرَةُ قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْغُرَّةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَادِقًا فَأْتِ بِأَحَدٍ يَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ فَشَهِدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ
