[Machine] Ali entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of the conquest, so I said, "Shouldn't you excuse me from Ali?" He said, "Why?" I said, "A man came to me and I sought refuge with Ali. He told me to step aside from him, otherwise he would pierce me with a spear. And indeed, he stabbed me in the front of my head." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ali would not stab you."  

دَخَلَ عَلِيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقُلْتُ أَلَا تُعْذِرُنِي مِنْ عَلِيٍّ؟ قَالَ «مَا لَهُ؟» قُلْتُ جَاءَنِي رَجُلٌ فَعَاذَ بِي فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ تَنَحَّيْ عَنِّي وَإِلَّا أَنْفَذْتُكِ بِالرُّمْحِ وَإِنَّهُ طَعَنَنِي فِي مُقَدِّمِ رَأْسِي فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَا كَانَ عَلِيٌّ لِيَطْعَنُكِ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prayed two units (rak'ah) and four (rak'ah) in Makkah, and there was no addition to them.  

«صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمَكَّةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعًا لَمْ يَعُدْ لَهَا»  

[Machine] That Umm Hanei brought two men and Ali wanted to kill them. So she went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him. He said, "We have already rewarded Umm Hanei for her actions."  

أَنَّ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ جَاءَتْ بِرَجُلَيْنِ فَأَرَادَ عَلِيٌّ قَتْلَهُمَا فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ «قَدْ أَجَرْنَا مَنْ أَجَارَتْ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ»  

[Machine] He "ate a shoulder and then prayed without performing ablution" refers to the Prophet ﷺ.  

أَنَّهُ «أَكَلَ كَتِفًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ» تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ spent the night in my house the night of his ascension. I lost sight of him during the night, so I couldn't sleep out of fear that some of the Quraysh might harm him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Jibril came to me and took me by the hand and brought me out. I saw a beast on the house, smaller than a mule and larger than a donkey. I rode on it and we set off until we reached the Masjid al-Aqsa. There I saw Ibrahim, who resembled me, and Musa, similar to my likeness. I also saw the angel resembling Dhul-Shauna from the men of the Azd and the Dajjal who resembles the one who wipes his eyes with his right hand, resembling Qatan ibn Mas'ud from the Thaqafi. I wanted to go out to the Quraysh and inform them of what I had seen. So, I took hold of his garment and said, 'I remind you of Allah. You are going to a people who will deny you and reject your words, and I fear that they may do something harmful to you.' She then took his cloak from my hand and went out to them while they were sitting. She informed them of what I had informed her of. Jubair bin Mut'im stood up and said, 'O Muhammad, if I were a young man as I used to be, I would not be silent when you were right here among us.' A man from the people said, 'O Muhammad, did you pass by our camels in such and such a place?' He said, 'Yes, I swear by Allah, and they had lost one of their camels. They were looking for it.' They asked, 'Did you pass by any red camel of ours?' He replied, 'Yes, and I also found it. They had a container of water with them, and I drank from it.' They said, 'Tell us their number and who was with them.' He said, 'I was preoccupied with what I had seen and didn't count them.' A voice from among them said, 'He has spoken the truth,' so they went to the valley to see what he said. They approached the camels and asked, 'Has any of your camels strayed?' They said, 'Yes.' They asked, 'Did any of you lose a red camel?' They said, 'Yes.' They asked, 'Did you have a container of water?' Abu Bakr said, 'By Allah, I left it there and no one drank from it or spilled it on the ground.' Abu Bakr confirmed his truthfulness and believed him, so he was given the name "As-Siddiq" on that day.  

بَاتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ فِي بَيْتِي فَفَقَدْتُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَامْتَنَعَ مِنِّي النَّوْمُ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَرَضَ لَهُ بَعْضُ قُرَيْشٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَأَخْرَجَنِي فَإِذَا عَلَى الْبَيْتِ دَابَّةٌ دُونَ الْبَغْلِ وَفَوْقَ الْحِمَارِ فَحَمَلَنِي عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ حَتَّى انْتَهَى بِي إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ فَأَرَانِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ يُشْبِهُ خَلْقَهُ خَلْقِي وَيُشْبِهُ خَلْقِي خَلْقَهُ وَأَرَانِي مُوسَى آدَمَ طَوِيلًا سَبْطَ الشَّعْرِ شَبَّهْتُهُ بِرِجَالِ أَزْدٍ شَنُوءَةً وَأَرَانِي عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ رَبْعَةَ أَبْيَضَ يَضْرِبُ إِلَى الْحُمْرَةِ شَبَّهْتُهُ بِعُرْوَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ وَأَرَانِي الدَّجَّالَ مَمْسُوحَ الْعَيْنِ الْيُمْنَى شَبَّهْتُهُ بِقَطَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَخْرُجَ إِلَى قُرَيْشٍ فَأُخْبِرُهُمْ بِمَا رَأَيْتُ فَأَخَذْتُ بِثَوْبِهِ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي أُذَكِّرُكَ اللهَ أَنَّكَ تَأْتِي قَوْمًا يَذُبُّونَكَ وَيُنْكِرُونَ مَقَالَتَكَ فَأَخَافُ أَنْ يَسْطُوا بِكَ قَالَتْ فَضَرَبَ ثَوْبَهُ مِنْ يَدِي ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمْ وَهُمْ جُلُوسٌ فَأَخْبَرَهُمْ مَا أَخْبَرَنِي فَقَامَ جُبَيْرُ بْنُ مُطْعِمٍ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ لَوْ كُنْتُ شَابًّا كَمَا كُنْتُ مَا تَكَلَّمَتَ بِهِ وَأَنْتَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانِيْنَا فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ هَلْ مَرَرْتَ بِإِبِلٍ لَنَا فِي مَكَانِ كَذَا وَكَذَا؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَاللهِ وَجَدْتُهُمْ قَدْ أَضَلُّوا بَعِيرًا لَهُمْ فَهُمْ فِي طَلَبِهِ» فَقَالَ هَلْ مَرَرْتَ بِإِبِلٍ لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ قَالَ «نَعَمْ فِي مَكَانِ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَدِ انْكَسَرَتْ لَهُمْ نَاقَةٌ حَمْرَاءُ فَوَجَدْتُهُمْ وَعِنْدَهُمْ قَصْعَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَشَرِبْتُ مَا فِيهَا» قَالُوا فَأَخْبِرْنَا عِدَّتَهَا وَمَا فِيهَا مِنَ الرُّعَاةِ قَالَ «قَدْ كُنْتُ عَنْ عِدَّتِهَا مَشْغُولًا» فَقَامَ فَأُتِيَ بِالْإِبِلِ فَعَدَّهَا وَعَلِمَ مَا فِيهَا مِنَ الرُّعَاةِ ثُمَّ أَتَى قُرَيْشًا فَقَالَ «سَأَلْتُمُونِي عَنْ إِبِلِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ فَهِيَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَفِيهَا مِنَ الرُّعَاةِ فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ وسَأَلْتُمُونِي عَنْ إِبِلِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ فَهِيَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَفِيهَا مِنَ الرُّعَاةِ ابْنُ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ وَفُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ وَهِيَ مُصَبِّحَتُكُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ عَلَى الثَّنِيَّةِ» قَالَ فَغَدَوْا إِلَى الثَّنِيَّةِ يَنْظُرُونَ أَصْدَقَهُمْ مَا قَالَ فاسْتَقْبَلُوا الْإِبِلَ فَسَأَلُوا هَلْ ضَلَّ لَكُمْ بَعِيرٌ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ فَسَأَلُوا الْآخَرَ هَلِ انْكَسَرَتْ لَكُمْ نَاقَةٌ حَمْرَاءُ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالُوا فَهَلْ كَانَتْ عِنْدَكُمْ قَصْعَةٌ؟ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَنَا وَاللهِ وَضَعْتُهَا فَمَا شَرِبَهَا أَحَدٌ وَلَا هَرَاقُوهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَصَدَّقَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَآمَنَ بِهِ فَسُمِّيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الصِّدِّيقَ  

[Machine] That Umm Hani' bint Abi Talib went out wearing a garment that showed her ears, so Umar ibn al-Khattab said to her, "Know that Muhammad cannot give you any benefit." So she went to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "What is wrong with some people who claim that my intercession does not reach the people of my household, while my intercession reaches all of them." Two tribes were mentioned.  

أَنَّ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ خَرَجَتْ مُتَبَرِّجَةً قَدْ بَدَا قُرْطَاها فَقَالَ لَهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ اعْلَمِي فَإِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا لَا يُغْنِي عَنْكِ شَيْئًا فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ شَفَاعَتِي لَا تَنَالُ أَهْلَ بَيْتِي وَإِنَّ شَفَاعَتِي تَنَالُ حا وَحُكْمَ» حا وَحُكْمَ قَبِيلَتَانِ  

[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a heavy woman. Teach me something that I can say while sitting." He said, "Say 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is the greatest) one hundred times. It is better for you than one hundred adorned, accepted bodies. And say 'SubhanAllah' (glory be to Allah) one hundred times. It is better for you than one hundred saddled, bridled horses that you ride in the cause of Allah. And say 'Alhamdulillah' (praise be to Allah) one hundred times. It is better for you than one hundred slaves whom you free from the descendants of Isma'il. And say 'La ilaha illallah' (there is no deity but Allah) one hundred times. They will not leave any religion or deed ahead of it."  

جِئْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ قَدْ ثَقُلْتُ فَعَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ وَأَنَا جَالِسَةٌ قَالَ قُولِي اللهُ أَكْبَرُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ بَدَنَةٍ مُجَلِّلَةٍ مُتَقَبَّلَةٍ وَقُولِي سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ فَرَسٍ مُسْرَجَةٍ مُلْجَمَةٍ تَحْمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَقُولِي الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ مِائَةِ رَقَبَةٍ تُعْتِقِينَهَا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَقُولِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ لَا يَذَرُونَ دِينًا وَلَا يَسْبِقُهُنَّ عَمَلٌ  

[Machine] She said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the Duha prayer of eight units in my house on the day of the conquest."  

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الضُّحَى فِي بَيْتِي يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ»  

[Machine] The Prophet entered and said, "Why do I not see any blessings with you?" So I said, "Which blessings do you want?" He said, "Indeed, Allah has sent down three blessings: sheep, palm trees, and fire."  

دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَا لِي لَا أَرَى عِنْدَكِ مِنَ الْبَرَكَاتِ شَيْئًا؟» فَقُلْتُ وَأَيُّ بَرَكَاتٍ تُرِيدُ؟ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ أَنْزَلَ بَرَكَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ الشَّاةَ وَالنَّخْلَةَ وَالنَّارَ  

[Machine] Ali, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered on the day of the conquest of Mecca, covered in dust. He ordered for a basin to be brought, as if I can see the trace of dough, and I poured water in it. He ordered for a garment to be brought to cover the space between him and me. He then poured water over himself and stood and prayed eight units of Duha prayer. Mujahid said: I informed Ibn Abbas about this Hadith, and he said: "This is the prayer of Ishraq."  

دَخَلَ عَلِيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ قَدْ عَلَاهُ الْغُبَارُ فَأَمَرَ بِقَصْعَةٍ فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَثَرِ الْعَجِينِ فَسَكَبْتُ فِيهَا فَأَمَرَ بِثَوْبٍ فِيمَا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ فَسُتِرَ وَقَامَ فَأَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى الضُّحَى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ فَحَدَّثْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَقَالَ «هِيَ صَلَاةُ الْإِشْرَاقِ»  

[Machine] She said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have grown old and weak, so teach me a supplication that I can benefit from." The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "O mother of Hanin, if you glorify Allah one hundred times, it is better than freeing one hundred slaves, and if you praise Allah one hundred times, it is better than riding on one hundred horses in the cause of Allah, and if you proclaim the oneness of Allah one hundred times, it surpasses any act of worship and leaves no sin."  

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي قَدْ كَبِرْتُ وَضَعُفْتُ فَعَلِّمْنِي دُعَاءً أَبْلُغُ بِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ إِنَّكِ إِنْ سَبَّحْتِ اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ كَانَ خَيْرًا مِنْ مِائَةِ رَقَبَةٍ تُعْتِقِينَهَا وإِنَّكِ إِنْ حَمِدْتِ اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ كَانَ خَيْرًا مِنْ مِائَةِ فَرَسٍ تَحْمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وإِنَّكِ إِنْ هَلَّلْتِ اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ لَمْ يَسْبِقْهَا عَمَلٌ وَلَمْ يَبْقَ مَعَهَا ذَنْبٌ»  

[Machine] She asked the Messenger of Allah, "Will we have bodies when we die and see each other?" The Messenger of Allah replied: "The soul will be like a bird that clings to the tree until on the Day of Resurrection, every soul will enter its body."  

أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَتَزَاوَرُ إِذَا مِتْنَا وَيَرَى بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَكُونُ النَّسَمُ طَيْرًا تَعْلِقُ بِالشَّجَرِ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ دَخَلَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ فِي جَسَدِهَا»  

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Take sheep for indeed there is blessing in them."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اتَّخِذُوا الْغَنَمَ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا بَرَكَةً»  

[Machine] "And the Prophet ﷺ said to her, 'Take something from the flock.' So I said, 'No.' Then he said, 'Take it, for there is blessing in it.'"  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا «اتَّخِذِي مِنَ الْغَنَمِ شَيْئًا» فَقُلْتُ لَا فَقَالَ «اتَّخِذِيها فَإِنَّ فِيهَا بَرَكَةً»  

[Machine] "I entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of victory, and he was in his chamber. I found that he had performed ablution with water that was in a container. I could see traces of dough in it. I found him praying the Duha prayer."  

«دَخَلْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَهُوَ فِي قُبَّةٍ لَهُ فَوَجَدْتُهُ قَدِ اغْتَسَلَ بِمَاءٍ كَانَ فِي صَحْفَةٍ إِنِّي لَأَرَى فِيهَا أَثَرَ الْعَجِينِ فَوَجَدْتُهُ يُصَلِّي ضُحًى»  

[Machine] I entered upon the Prophet SAW on the day of the conquest of Mecca, and he had covered himself with a garment while he was washing in a basin that contained traces of dough. When he finished his ablution, he prayed the Duha prayer.  

«دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ وَقَدِ اسْتَتَرَ بِثَوْبٍ وَهُوَ يَغْتَسِلُ فِي قَصْعَةٍ فِيهَا أَثَرُ الْعَجِينِ فَحِينَ قَضَى غُسْلَهُ صَلَّى الضُّحَى»  

[Machine] "I entered upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was taking a bath and he had covered himself with a cloth. When he finished his bath, he prayed the Duha prayer."  

«دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَغْتَسِلُ وَقَدْ سُتِرَ بِثَوْبٍ فَلَمَّا قَضَى غُسْلَهُ صَلَّى الضُّحَى»  

[Machine] He entered upon Umm Hani, the daughter of Abu Talib and asked her about the entrance of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of the conquest. She said, "He entered in the morning, and we poured water for him in a container. I saw some residue of dough in it." Yusuf said, "I do not know, did she perform ablution or take a bath, then he prayed four units of prayer in this mosque, a mosque in her house."  

أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَسَأَلَهَا عَنْ مَدْخَلِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقَالَتْ دَخَلَ الضُّحَى فَسَكَبْنا لَهُ مَاءً فِي صَحْفَةٍ لَنَا إِنِّي لَأَرَى فِيهَا وَضَرُ الْعَجِينِ قَالَ يُوسُفُ لَا أَدْرِي أَيُّ ذَلِكَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَتَوَضَّأَ أَمِ اغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ لِمَسْجِدٍ فِي بَيْتِهَا أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ  

[Machine] "I saw the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , with four braids."  

«رَأَيْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ضَفَائِرَ أَرْبَعَةً»  

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Makkah, and he had four braids." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1781)  

«قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيْنَا مَكَّةَ وَلَهُ أَرْبَعُ غَدَائِرَ»  

[Machine] "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with four saddles."  

«رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ غَدَائِرَ»  

[Machine] "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ and Maymunah performed ablution together in one vessel that contained traces of dough."  

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ اغْتَسَلَ هُوَ وَمَيْمُونَةُ فِي إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ فِي قَصْعَةٍ فِيهَا أَثَرُ الْعَجِينِ»  

[Machine] "On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called for water and was offered a sheet by Umm Hani, Umm Sulaim, and Umm Anas, the mother of Anas ibn Malik, to perform the ritual purification. Then he entered the house of Umm Hani and performed four units of the Duha prayer."  

«لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ دَعَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَاءٍ وسُتِرَتْ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ وَأُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ وَأُمُّ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ بِمِلْحَفَةٍ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ بَيْتَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَصَلَّى الضُّحَى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ»  

[Machine] "When it was the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Messenger of Allah called for water and Umm Hani and Umm Salama covered him. He performed ablution and prayed eight units of Duha prayer."  

«لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَاءٍ وَسَتَرَتْهُ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ وَأُمُّ سَلَمَةَ فَاغْتَسَلَ وَصَلَّى الضُّحَى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ»  

[Machine] That Umm Hani bint Abi Talib informed him that Ali ibn Abi Talib entered upon her during the conquest of Mecca and found two men from the family of her husband who had sought refuge with her. He intended to kill them, but when I saw that, I closed my door on them and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , who was at the highest point of Mecca. When he saw me, he greeted me and said, "What brings you, Umm Hani?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, two men from the family of my husband sought refuge with me, and Ali found them with me and claimed that he was going to kill them, so I came to you about it." He said, "We have given protection to whomever you have given protection, and we have granted security to whomever you have granted security." Then I poured water for him to perform ablution, and he washed, and Fatima, his daughter, covered him with a garment. When he finished washing, he took the water and poured it out, then he stood up and prayed eight prostrations, and that was the forenoon prayer.  

أَنَّ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فِي غَزْوَةِ الْفَتْحِ بِمَكَّةَ فَوَجَدَ عِنْدِي رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَهْلِ زَوْجِي قَدْ فَرَّا إِلَيَّ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُمَا فَلَمَّا رَأَيْتُ ذَلِكَ أَغْلَقْتُ عَلَيْهِمَا بَابِي ثُمَّ ذَهَبْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ بِأَعْلَى مَكَّةَ فَلَمَّا رَآنِي رَحَّبَ بِي وَقَالَ «مَا جَاءَ بِكِ يَا أُمَّ هانِي؟» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ رَجُلانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ زَوْجِي احْتَمَا بِي فَوَجَدَهُمَا عَلِيٌّ عِنْدِي فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ قَاتِلُهُمَا فَجِئْتُكَ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «قَدْ أَجَرْنَا مَنْ أَجَرْتِ وَأَمَّنَّا مَنْ أَمَّنْتِ» ثُمَّ سَكَبْتُ لَهُ مَاءً فَاغْتَسَلَ فَسَتَرَتْهُ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُهُ بِثَوْبٍ فَلَمَّا اغْتَسَلَ أَخَذَهُ فَأَلْقَى بِهِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِ سَجَدَاتٍ وَذَلِكَ ضُحًى  

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ entered upon her on the day of conquest and performed the Duha prayer of four Rak'ahs."  

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَصَلَّى الضُّحَى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The foremost of the Arabs are four: I am the foremost, Salman is the foremost among the Persians, Suhayb is the foremost among the Romans, and Bilal is the foremost among the Abyssinians."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ السُّبَّاقُ أَرْبَعَةٌ أَنَا سَابِقُ الْعَرَبِ وَسَلْمَانُ سَابِقُ فَارِسَ وَصُهَيْبٌ سَابِقُ الرُّومِ وَبِلَالٌ سَابِقُ الْحَبَشِ  

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ entered upon her on the day of the conquest and prayed six units of Duha (mid-morning prayer)."  

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَصَلَّى الضُّحَى سِتَّ رَكَعَاتٍ»  

[Machine] "He saw the Prophet ﷺ praying Duha except for Umm Hani, as she mentioned that on the day Mecca was conquered, he performed ablution at her house and prayed eight units of prayer that she had never seen him perform a prayer lighter than, except that he completed its bowing and prostration."  

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى إِلَّا أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهُ «يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ لَمْ أَرَهُ صَلَّى صَلَاةً أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ approached me and I said, "There is no desire in me towards you, O Messenger of Allah, but I do not want to marry while my children are still young." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Why not? The best of women are those of Quraish who ride camels. They are the most tender towards their children in their youth and the most caring towards their husbands."  

خَطَبَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ مَا بِي عَنْكَ رَغْبَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَلَكِنْ لَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَتَزَوَّجَ وَبَنِيَّ صِغَارٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِمَ؟ خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ نِسَاءُ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى طِفْلٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى بَعْلٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ»  

[Machine] Ali entered to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Do you have anything with you?" I said, "Nothing except dry bread and vinegar." He said, "The family that has vinegar in their house is never poor."  

دَخَلَ عَلِيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «عِنْدَكِ شَيْءٌ؟» قُلْتُ لَا إِلَّا كِسَرٌ يَابِسَةٌ وَخَلٌّ فَقَالَ «مَا أَفْقَرَ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ مِنْ أُدْمٍ فِيهِ خَلٌّ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was given a sleeveless garment as a gift. He sent it to Ali, who started wearing it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Ali, "I would not be pleased with something that I am not pleased with for myself. I did not give it to you for you to wear it, but I dressed you in it so that it may serve as a distinction between the Fatimah lines."  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُهْدِيَتْ لَهُ حُلَّةٌ سِيَرَاءُ فَأَرْسَلَ بِهَا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فَرَاحَ عَلِيٌّ وَهِيَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِعَلِيٍّ «لَا أَرْضَى لَكَ مَا لَا أَرْضَى لِنَفْسِي إِنِّي لَمْ أَكْسُكَهَا لِتَلْبَسَهَا إِنَّمَا كَسَوْتُكَهَا لِتَجْعَلُها خُمْرًا بَيْنَ الْفَوَاطِمِ»  

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "I gifted my niece, Khalaat bint 'Amr, a young boy and I instructed her not to make him a butcher, a goldsmith, or a cupper."

(Note: The passage is a narration attributed to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ concerning a gift he gave to his niece and the instruction he gave her regarding the boy's future profession.)  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «وَهَبْتُ لِخَالَتِي فَاخِتَةَ بِنْتِ عَمْرٍو غُلَامًا وأَمَرْتُها أَنْ لَا تَجْعَلَهُ جَازِرًا وَلَا صَايِغًا وَلَا حَجَّامًا»  

[Machine] Her husband went out to seek treatment and he traveled until he reached a mountain and they killed him. So she went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him that her husband was killed and that he left her in a dwelling that does not belong to him. She asked for permission to move, and he granted her permission. So she set off until she reached the door of the room, and he commanded for her to be brought back, and he ordered her to repeat her statement. So she did, and he commanded her not to leave her husband's house until the matter is resolved.  

«أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْلَاجٍ أُبَّاقٍ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ وَهُوَ جَبَلٌ أَدْرَكَهُمْ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا قُتِلَ وَأَنَّهُ تَرَكَهَا فِي مَسْكَنٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَاسْتَأْذَنَتْ فِي الِانْتِقَالِ فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فَانْطَلَقَتْ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتْ بِبَابِ الْحُجْرَةِ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَرُدَّتْ وَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تُعِيدَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيثَهَا فَفَعَلَتْ وَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ لَا تَخْرُجَ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ مَحِلَّهُ»  

[Machine] Furay'ah binti Malik, the sister of Abi Sa'id Al-Khudri, informed him that she used to be under the authority of a man from the tribe of Al-Harith bin Al-Khazraj. He went out in search of medication for his camel and he was met by his enemies while on the way. They attacked and killed him. So, I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "Until the time appointed in the Book comes."  

عَنْ فُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ مَالِكٍ أُخْتِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ فَخَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْلَاجٍ لَهُ أُبَّاقٍ فَأَدْرَكَهُمْ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ فَعَدُوا عَلَيْهِ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] That her husband went out in search of a servant for him and he was killed by a spear. So she came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked for his permission to go to her family. He granted her permission. But when she turned to leave, he called her and said, "Stay in your house until the written order reaches its appointed time."  

أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ غُلَامٍ لَهُ فَقُتِلَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْهُ أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَتْ نَادَاهَا فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] That Furay'ah, the daughter of Malik and the sister of Abu Sa'id, her husband was affected by the eye disease. So she asked the Prophet ﷺ for permission to go and visit her family in Madinah. He granted her permission and then said, "No, until the prescribed time for waiting is completed."  

أَنَّ فُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ مَالِكٍ أُخْتَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أُصِيبَ زَوْجُهَا بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ فَاسْتَأْذَنَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهَا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَأَذِنَ لَهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ «لَا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] That Furay'ah bint Malik, the sister of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, told her that her husband had left until he reached a place called Al-Qudum, six miles from the city, where he was attacked and killed by robbers. Furay'ah was residing with the tribe of Banu Al-Harith bin Al-Khazraj in a dwelling that did not belong to her husband. Her brothers came to her and said, "We do not have enough wealth to give you, nor can we protect you. We will not be able to fulfill our duty towards you unless we all come together and fear for your safety. Therefore, go and ask the Prophet ﷺ ." So, she went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and sought permission to stay with them. He said, "Do as you wish." Then, she turned away. When she was in the room, he said, "Come back and take back what you said!" So, she returned, and he said, "Stay in your dwelling until the book reaches its appointed time."  

أَنَّ فُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ مَالِكٍ أُخْتَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّ زَوْجًا لَهَا خَرَجَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ عَلَى سِتَّةِ أَمْيَالٍ عِنْدَ طَرَفِ جَبَلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْقُدُومُ تَعَادَى عَلَيْهِ اللُّصُوصُ فَقَتَلُوهُ وَكَانَتْ فُرَيْعَةُ فِي بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ فِي مَسْكَنٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِبَعْلِها إِنَّمَا كَانَ سُكْنَى فَجَاءَ إِخْوَتُهُمْ فِيهِمْ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالُوا لَيْسَ بِأَيْدِينَا سَعَةً فَنُعْطِيكِ ونُمْسِكُ وَلَا يُصْلِحُنَا إِلَّا أَنْ نَكُونَ جَمِيعًا ونَخْشَى عَلَيْكِ الْوَحْشَةَ فَاسْأَلِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ عِنْدَهُمْ فَقَالَ «افْعَلِي إِنْ شِئْتِ» فَأَدْبَرَتْ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ قَالَ «تَعَالَيْ عُودِي لِمَا قُلْتِ» فَعَادَتْ فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي مَسْكَنِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] Narrated by Furay'ah bint Malik, the sister of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that her husband went out in search of a remedy for himself and he was killed by the Qudum tribe. She went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned her situation to him and also mentioned the request to be reunited with her brothers. The Prophet ﷺ granted her permission. When she was about to depart, he called her back and said, "Stay in your house until the book reaches its term, which is four months and ten days."  

عَنْ فُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ مَالِكٍ أُخْتِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْلَاجٍ لَهُ فَقُتِلَ بِأَطْرَافِ الْقُدُومِ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ حَالَهُ مِنْ حَالِهَا وَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ النُّقْلَةَ إِلَى إِخْوَتِهَا فَأَذِنَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَلَمَّا وَلَّتْ نَادَاهَا فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا»  

[Machine] She was with her husband in a village in the outskirts of the city, and it is mentioned that he was following a certain path, so they killed him. So I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned to him the sorrow and that she was in a house that did not belong to her, and that she sought permission to go to her brothers in the city, so he permitted her. Then he called her and said, "Stay in your house that you came to until the writing of his death reaches its appointed time."  

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ قُرَى الْمَدِينَةِ وَأَنَّهُ اتَّبَعَ أَعْلَاجًا فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرْتُ لَهُ الْوَحْشَةَ وَذَكَرْتُ أَنَّهَا فِي مَنْزِلٍ لَيْسَ لَهَا وأنَّهَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ أَنْ تَأْتِي إِخْوَتَهُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَأَذِنَ لَهَا ثُمَّ دَعَاهَا فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ الَّذِي جَاءَكِ فِيهِ نَعْيُهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] So the Prophet ﷺ came to her and she said that her husband was killed in battle and she has family. So he ordered her to move. When she turned to leave, he called her and said, "Stay in your house until the iddah period reaches its term, which is four months and ten days."  

فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا قُتِلَ بِالْقُدُومِ وَإِنَّ لَهَا أَهْلًا فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَتْ دَعَاهَا فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا»  

[Machine] My husband set off to seek treatment, but when he reached the outskirts of the town, they killed him. So I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Indeed, my husband was killed at the outskirts of the town, and he did not leave me a place to stay or any wealth. I intended to go to my brothers so that we can collectively handle our affairs." She (the narrator) said, "So the Prophet ﷺ gave me permission, and I left until I reached a certain room. Then the Prophet ﷺ called me and said, 'Stay in the house where you were visited until the specified term has been reached.'"  

انْطَلَقَ زَوْجِي يَطْلُبُ أَعْلَاجًا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ لَحِقُوهُ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ زَوْجِي قُتِلَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ وَإِنَّ زَوْجِي لَمْ يَدَعْ لِي مَسْكَنًا وَلَا مَالًا وَإِنِّي أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى إِخْوَتِي فَيَكُونَ أَجْمَعَ لِأَمْرِنا قَالَتْ فَأَذِنَ لِي فَخَرَجْتُ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُ بِبَعْضِ الْحُجْرَةِ دَعَانِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي فِي الْبَيْتِ الَّذِي أَتَاكِ فِيهِ نَعْيُ زَوْجِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] On the authority of Furai'ah bint Malik, the sister of Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri, she said that her husband, Bakkar Al-Akri, was an addict and they worked for him so that he could sustain himself. However, they killed him. She mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I don't have a place to stay, and I don't receive any provision from him. So, I will move to my family and take care of my two orphans." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Go ahead and do so." Then, he appeared to her and said, "Prepare yourself where you received the news."  

عَنِ الْفُرَيْعَةِ بِنْتِ مَالِكٍ أُخْتِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا بَكَّارَ أَكْرَى أُعْلُوجًا لِيَعْمَلُوا لَهُ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَقُلْتُ إِنِّي لَسْتُ فِي مَسْكَنٍ لَهُ وَلَا يَجْرِي عَلِيَّ مِنْهُ رِزْقٌ فَأَنْتَقِلُ إِلَى أَهْلِي وَيَتَامَايَ وَأَقُومُ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ «افْعَلِي» ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُ فَقَالَ «اعْتَدِّي حَيْثُ بَلَغَكِ الْخَبَرُ»  

[Machine] Al-Qaani, from Malik, narrated that Bakr ibn Sahl narrated from Abdullah ibn Yusuf, that Malik reported from Saad ibn Ishaq ibn Kaab ibn Ujrah, from his paternal aunt Zainab bint Kaab, from Furay'ah bint Malik, that her husband was struck in the leg, so she sought permission from the Prophet ﷺ to go to her family. The Prophet ﷺ said, "No, until the writing of his term is reached."  

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ فُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا أُصِيبَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ فَاسْتَأْذَنَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ «لَا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] My husband went out in search of treatment for us, and they intercepted him at the outskirts of the town and killed him. His death news reached me while I was in a large house of my family members. I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and sought his permission to go to my family. He allowed me, but he said, "Do not go until the term (of waiting) mentioned in the Quran has reached."  

خَرَجَ زَوْجِي فِي طَلَبِ أَعْلَاجٍ لَنَا فَأَدْرَكَهُمْ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَتَانِي نَعْيُهُ وَأَنَا فِي دَارٍ شَاسِعَةٍ مِنْ دُورِ أَهْلِي فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَاسْتَأْذَنْتُهُ أَنْ آتِيَ أَهْلِي فَأَذِنَ لِي ثُمَّ قَالَ «لَا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] Her husband went out in search of treatment for himself, until he was killed at the outskirts of the town. The news reached her while she was in a spacious house away from her family. She gave permission to be brought to her, and when she reached the room, she turned back and said, "Wait where you received the news until the set time of the book arrives."  

أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْلَاجٍ لَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ قَتَلُوهُ فَبَلَغَهَا الْخَبَرُ وَهِيَ فِي دَارٍ شَاسِعَةٍ عَنْ أَهْلِهَا فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فَلَمَّا صَارَتْ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ رَدَّهَا فَقَالَ «امْكُثِي حَيْثُ أَتَاكِ الْخَبَرُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ»  

[Machine] She saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eating bread and meat, and he prayed without performing ablution.  

«أَنَّهَا رَأَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَكَلَ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا وَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri's house, so we presented to him a forearm of a sheep, and he ate. Then, the prayer was called, so he rinsed his mouth and then stood up and prayed without performing ablution."  

«جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَائِدًا لِأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ فَقَدَّمْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعَ شَاةٍ فَأَكَلَ وَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَتَمَضْمَضَ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»  

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ visited them, ate the shoulder of a sheep, then prayed without performing ablution."  

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ زَارَهُمْ فَأَكَلَ كَتِفَ شَاةٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
