عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ «شَفَاعَتِي لِأَهْلِ الْكَبَائِرِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي»

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ «شَفَاعَتِي لِأَهْلِ الْكَبَائِرِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي»

[Machine] He heard Ibn Abbas saying, "Muhammad ﷺ saw his Lord twice."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ «رَأَى مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ رَبَّهُ تَعَالَى مَرَّتَيْنِ»

[Machine] That a woman came to the Prophet (PBUH) and complained to him that she was forced to marry against her will, so she was separated from her husband. She was previously married and then remarried Abu Lubaba.

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَشَكَتْ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهَا أُنْكِحَتْ وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَنُزِعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا وَكَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَنَكَحَتْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَبَا لُبَابَةَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When my ummah becomes light in weight with virtues, men and women alike, and they give up their acts of goodness, then Allah will abandon them."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا تَخَفَّفَتْ أُمَّتِي بِالْخِفَافِ ذَاتِ الْمَنَاقِبِ الرِّجَالُ وَالنِّسَاءُ وخَصَفُوا نِعَالَهُمْ تَخَلَّى اللهُ مِنْهُمْ»

[Machine] The Prophet forbade slaughtering at night.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «نَهَى أَنْ يُضَحَّى لَيْلًا»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever builds the left side of the mosque for the scarcity of its people, he will have two rewards."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ عَمَّرَ جَانِبَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَيْسَرَ لِقِلَّةِ أَهْلِهِ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ»

[Machine] The Prophet said: "Those who do good in this world will be rewarded in the hereafter, and those who do evil in this world will be punished in the hereafter."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَهْلُ الْمَعْرُوفِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَهْلُ الْمَعْرُوفِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَأَهْلُ الْمُنْكَرِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَهْلُ الْمُنْكَرِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , said, "No one is dearer to me than Abu Bakr, who supported me with his own self, his wealth, and married me to his daughter."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا أَحَدٌ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدِي يَدًا مِنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ وَاسَانِي بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ وأَنْكَحَنِي ابْنَتَهُ»

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not enter the bathroom except with a wrapped waist (i.e. a cloth wrapped around the waist). Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not drink alcohol. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not sit at a table where alcohol is being consumed. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not be alone with a woman in seclusion unless there is a mahram (a close family member who is prohibited to marry) between them."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ إِلَّا بِمِئْزَرٍ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَشْرَبِ الْخَمْرَ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَجْلِسْ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ يُشْرَبُ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَخْلُوَنَّ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا مَحْرَمٌ»

[Machine] The Sudan was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, "Leave me from Sudan, for truly blackness is in its belly and its private parts."

ذُكِرَ السُّودَانُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «دَعُونِي مِنَ السُّودَانِ فَإِنَّمَا الْأَسْوَدُ بِبَطْنِهِ وَفَرْجِهِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ distributed eighty horses, two arrows each, on the day of Hunayn.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «قَسَمَ لثَمَانِينَ فَرَسًا يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ سَهْمَيْنِ سَهْمَيْنِ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever drinks a sip of wine, Allah will not accept from him his prayers and good deeds for three days. And whoever drinks a cup (of wine), Allah will not accept from him his prayers and good deeds for forty mornings. And the habitual drinker of wine, it is a right upon Allah that He gives him to drink from the river of Al-Khabal." It was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the river of Al-Khabal?" He said, "It is the pus of the people of Hellfire."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ شَرِبَ حَسْوَةَ خَمْرٍ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللهُ مِنْهُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا وَمَنْ شَرِبَ كَأْسًا لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللهُ مِنْهُ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا وَالْمُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرَ حَقٌّ عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ نَهْرِ الْخَبَالِ» قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا نَهَرُ الْخَبَالِ؟ قَالَ «صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ»

[Machine] "When the Prophet of Allah ﷺ wanted to dye his hair, he would take some henna and saffron, mix it with his hands, and then apply it to his beard."

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَخْضِبَ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ دُهْنٍ وَزَعْفَرَانَ فَمَرَسَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَمْرُسُهُ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ»

[Machine] "Generosity is of no use to those who do not have control over what they possess, and emancipation is of no use to those who do not have control over themselves." This was mentioned by Ibn Abbas and attributed to the Prophet ﷺ.

عَطَاءٌ «لَا طَلَاقَ لِمَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ عُقْدَتَهُ وَلَا عِتْقَ لِمَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ رَقَبَتَهُ» ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَسْنَدَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

[Machine] That he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever comes to Friday prayer, let them perform ablution."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ جَاءَ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about the saying "Musawwimin": "It means 'teachers.' And on the day of Badr, the sky of the angels was adorned with black turbans, and on the day of Uhud, the turbans were red."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي قَوْلِهِ {مُسَوِّمِينَ} قَالَ «مُعَلَّمِينَ وَكَانَتْ سِيمَاءُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ عمائمَ سُودٍ وَيَوْمَ أَحَدٍ عمائمَ حُمْرٍ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no spot wherein Allah is mentioned by performing prayer except that it is proud of what is around it of the spots and it rejoices in the remembrance of Allah which extends to seven lands."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْ بُقْعَةٍ يُذْكَرُ اللهُ فِيهَا بِصَلَاةٍ إِلَّا فَخَرَتْ عَلَى مَا حَوْلَهَا مِنَ الْبِقَاعِ واسْتَبْشَرَتْ بِذِكْرِ اللهِ مُنْتَهَاهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Trial befalls the best among my Ummah."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْحِدَّةُ تَعْتَرِي خِيَارَ أُمَّتِي»

[Machine] A man contracted chickenpox, so he isolated himself. He washed and then covered himself, but he passed away. The Prophet ﷺ was informed, and he said, "They killed him. May Allah kill them! Wasn't the cure for skin diseases to ask for it to be rubbed on him?"

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَهُ جُدَرِيٌّ فَأَجْنَبَ فَغَسَلَ فَكُزَّ فَمَاتَ فَأُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمِ اللهُ أَلَمْ يَكُنْ شِفَاءُ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالَ أَلَا يَمَّمُوهُ»

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "Those who willingly accept Islam are from the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth, and those who do so reluctantly are those who are captured and brought to Islam from the prisoners of the nations, wearing chains and shackles. They will be led to Paradise while they are filled with hatred."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ {وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَنْ فِي السَّماَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا} «أَمَّا مَنْ فِي السَّماَوَاتِ فَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأَمَّا مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَنْ وُلِدَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ وَأَمَّا كَرْهًا فَمَنْ أُتِيَ بِهِ مِنْ سَبَايَا الْأُمَمِ فِي السَّلَاسِلِ وَالْأغلالِ يُقَادُونَ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَهُمْ كَارِهُونَ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ cut off the access to the valleys and came with the sacrificial animal, but he was unable to perform tawaf around the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwa. As for you, the people of Mecca, delay your tawaf until you return.

إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «قَطَعَ الْأَوْدِيَةَ وَجَاءَ بِالْهَدْي فَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْكَعْبَةِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ فَأَخِّرُوا طَوَافَكُمْ حَتَّى تَرْجِعُوا»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah Almighty sends down two hundred blessings every day and night. He sends down sixty blessings upon this house for those who perform the tawaf, forty blessings for those who pray, and twenty blessings for those who are merely looking."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يُنْزِلُ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةَ رَحْمَةٍ يَنْزِلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْبَيْتِ سِتُّونَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَأَرْبَعُونَ لِلْمُصَلِّينَ وَعِشْرُونَ لِلنَّاظِرِينَ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Verily, Allah has an angel that if it were said to him, 'Devour the seven heavens and the earth with one morsel,' he would do His praise, 'Glory be to You, wherever You are.'"

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَلَكًا لَوْ قِيلَ لَهُ الْتَقَمِ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعَ وَالْأَرَضِينَ بِلَقْمَةٍ لَفَعَلَ تَسْبِيحُهُ سُبْحَانَكَ حَيْثُ كُنْتَ

[Machine] Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas and Abdullah ibn Umar, they said: The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , taught us Al-Istikharah (the prayer for seeking guidance) just as he taught us a chapter of the Qur'an. (O Allah, I seek Your guidance by virtue of Your knowledge, and I seek ability by virtue of Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty. You have power, I have none. And You know, I know not. You are the Knower of hidden things. O Allah, if in Your knowledge, this matter (mention your intention) is good for me both in this world and in the Hereafter (or: in my religion, my livelihood and my affairs), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if in Your knowledge, this matter is bad for me both in this world and in the Hereafter (or: in my religion, my livelihood and my affairs), then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it. And ordain for me the good wherever it may be, and make me pleased with it).

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا الِاسْتِخَارَةَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخْيِرُكَ بِعِلْمِكِ وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ وَتَعْلَمُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ اللهُمَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ عَلِيَّ مِنْ قَضَاءٍ فَاجْعَلْ عَاقِبَتَهُ إِلَى خَيْرٍ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a statue or image, and the makers of images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and the Most Merciful will say to them, 'Bring to life what you have created,' and they will continue to be punished until the images speak and testify."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ صُورَةُ تِمْثَالٍ وَالْمُصَوِّرُونَ يُعَذَّبُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي النَّارِ يَقُولُ لَهُمِ الرَّحْمَنُ قُومُوا إِلَى مَا صَوَّرْتُمْ فَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُعَذَّبُونَ حَتَّى تَنْطِقَ الصُّورَةُ وَلَا تَنْطِقُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The rainbow is a sign of safety for the people on earth from drowning, and the alliance of the Quraysh is a sign of safety for the people on earth from disagreement. However, if a tribe from the Arabs opposes it, they become the party of Satan."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْغَرَقِ الْقَوْسُ وَأَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الِاخْتِلَافِ الْمُوَالَاةُ لِقُرَيْشٍ أَهْلِ اللهِ فَإِذَا خالفَتْها قَبِيلَةٌ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ صَارُوا حِزْبَ إِبْلِيسَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent an invitation to Wahshi, who had killed Hamza, to embrace Islam. So he sent a message to him, saying, "O Muhammad, how can you invite me to your religion while claiming that those who kill, commit shirk, or commit adultery will face multiplied punishment on the Day of Judgment and be humiliated forever? And I have done all of that. So can you find any concession for me?" Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds; for them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Wahshi said, "O Muhammad, this is a severe condition. Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. Perhaps I am not capable of that." Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills." Wahshi said, "O Muhammad, I see doubt after the will. I do not know if I will be forgiven or not. Is there anything else?" Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful." Wahshi said, "This is enough." So he came and embraced Islam. The people said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about us if we have faced what Wahshi faced?" He said, "It is for all Muslims in general."

بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى وَحْشِيٍّ قَاتَلِ حَمْزَةَ يَدْعُوهُ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ كَيْفَ تَدْعُونِي إِلَى دِينِكَ وَأَنْتَ تَزْعُمُ أَنَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ أَوْ أَشْرَكَ أَوْ زَنَا يَلْقَ أَثَامًا يُضَاعَفُ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدُ فِيهِ مُهَانًا وَأَنَا قَدْ صَنَعْتُ ذَلِكَ؟ فَهَلْ تَجِدُ لِي مِنْ رُخْصَةٍ؟ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {إِلَّا مَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُولَئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمُ حَسَنَاتٍ وَكَانَ اللهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا} فَقَالَ وَحْشِيٌّ يَا مُحَمَّدُ هَذَا شَرْطٌ شَدِيدٌ إِلَّا مَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَلَعَلِّي لَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَى هَذَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ} فَقَالَ وَحْشِيٌّ يَا مُحَمَّدُ أَرَى بَعْدَ مشيئةٍ فَلَا أَدْرِي يُغْفَرُ لِي أَمْ لَا فَهَلْ غَيْرُ هَذَا؟ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللهِ إِنَّ اللهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ} قَالَ وَحْشِيٌّ هَذَا فَجَاءَ فَأَسْلَمَ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِذَا أَصَبْنَا مَا أَصَابَ وَحْشِيٌّ قَالَ «هِيَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عَامَّةً»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever visits a sick person and engages in mercy, when he sits with him, he will be surrounded by mercy. If he visits him in the early part of the day, seventy thousand angels will ask forgiveness for him until the evening, and if he visits him in the later part of the day, seventy thousand angels will ask forgiveness for him until the morning." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, this is for the one who visits, but what about the sick person?" He replied, "His reward will be multiplied even more."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا خَاضَ فِي الرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا جَلَسَ إِلَيْهِ غَمَرَتْهُ الرَّحْمَةُ فَإِنْ عَادَ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ اسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ حَتَّى يُمْسِي وَإِنْ عَادَ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ اسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ» فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَذَا للعائدِ فَمَا لِلْمَرِيضِ؟ قَالَ «أَضْعَافُ هَذَا»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take the black people as they are among the leaders of the people of Paradise: Luqman the wise, Najashi, and Bilal the Mu'adhin." Abu Al-Qasim said, "He meant the Abyssinians."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اتَّخِذُوا السُّودَانَ فَإِنَّ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْهُمْ مِنْ ساداتِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ لُقْمَانُ الْحَكِيمُ وَالنَّجَاشِيُّ وَبِلَالٌ الْمُؤَذِّنُ» قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ «أَرَادَ الْحَبَشَ»

[Machine] "Whoever performs Hajj and completes the Tawaf around the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwa, his Hajj is fulfilled and it becomes Umrah, and this is the Sunnah of Allah and the Sunnah of his Messenger."

«مَنْ قَدِمَ حَاجًّا وَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَقَدِ انْقَضَتْ حَجَّتُهُ وَصَارَتْ عُمْرَةً وَكَذَلِكَ سُنَّةُ اللهِ وَسُنَّةُ رَسُولِهِ ﷺ»

[Machine] "According to the Sunnah of his Prophet, ﷺ ."

عَنْ سُنَّةِ نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ

[Machine] I heard the Prophet of Allah ﷺ say, "We, the community of prophets, have been commanded to hasten our iftar (breaking of the fast) and delay our suhoor (pre-dawn meal), and to put our right hand on our left hand during prayer."

سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّا مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ أُمِرْنَا بِتَعْجِيلِ فِطْرِنا وَتَأْخِيرِ سُحُورِنا وَوَضَعِ أيمَانِنَا عَلَى شمائِلِنا فِي الصَّلَاةِ»

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "A gift to the leader is a bait."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْهَدِيَّةُ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ غُلُولٌ»

Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “ I am commanded to fight with men till they testify that there is no god but Allaah, when they do that they will keep their life and property safe from me, except what is due to them. (i.e., life and property) and their reckoning will be at Allaah’s hands.” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2640)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every inheritance that is acquired during the time of Islam and is not divided, will be divided according to the laws of Islam."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ مِيرَاثٍ أَدْرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْإِسْلَامِ»

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered his wives and the weak members of his family to leave Muzdalifah at night, then they continued until they reached and stoned Jamrat al-Aqabah."

«أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نِسَاءَهُ وَضَعَفَةَ أَهْلِهِ فَأُرْحِلُوا مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ لَيْلًا ثُمَّ مَضَوْا حَتَّى رَمَوْا جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever enters a house, enters with a good deed and comes out with a bad deed forgiven for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ دَخَلَ فِي حَسَنَةٍ وَخَرَجَ مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ»

[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ requested Suhail bin Amr to bring Zamzam water.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «اسْتَهْدَى سُهَيْلَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو مَاءَ زَمْزَمَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah have mercy on those who shave their heads." They asked, "What about those who trim their hair, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied after a while, "And those who trim their hair as well."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «رَحِمَ اللهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ» قَالُوا وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ «وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ»

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ brought the offering, then he performed circumambulation around the Kaaba and between Safa and Marwa before he stood at Arafat. As for you, the people of Mecca, delay your circumambulation until you return."

«قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْهَدْي فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقِفَ بِعَرَفَةَ» فَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ فَأَخِّرُوا طَوَافَكُمْ حَتَّى تَرْجِعُوا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Any woman who marries without the consent of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, and if he has intercourse with her, she is entitled to the dowry for what he had made lawful from her private part. And if they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ فَإِنْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا وَإِنِ اشْتَجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»

[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi reported that 'Umar ibn Qais narrated from 'Ata' who narrated from Ibn 'Abbas who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Kill the lizard even if it is found inside the Ka'bah."

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اقْتُلُوا الْوَزَغَ وَلَوْ فِي جَوْفِ الْكَعْبَةِ»

[Machine] Al-Qa'bi reported that 'Umar ibn Qais narrated from 'Ata' who narrated from Ibn Abbas that he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever reaches Arafat before the dawn of Fajr (morning prayer), has indeed fulfilled the obligation of Hajj."

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ عَرَفَةَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ»

the best of the men’s row is the first and the worst of them is the last, but the best of the women’s rows is the last and the worst of them is the first. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 678)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا وَشَرُّهَا أَوَّلُهَا»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Alcohol is the mother of all evils and the greatest of sins. Whoever drinks it, it will affect his mother, aunt, and paternal aunt."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْخَمْرُ أُمُّ الْفَوَاحِشِ وَأَكْبَرُ الْكَبَائِرِ مَنْ شَرِبَهَا وَقَعَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ وَخَالَتِهِ وَعَمَّتِهِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , ordered his wives and weak members of his family to leave Muzdalifah at night and continue until they reached the Al-Aqaba Stoning Site.

«أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نِسَاءَهُ وَضَعَفَةَ أَهْلِهِ لَمَّا أرْحِلُوا مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ لَيْلًا ثُمَّ مَضَوْا حَتَّى مَضَوْا جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ»

[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ performed Hijama (cupping therapy) while he was in a state of ihram because he was suffering from pain, and he also performed tawaf while in a state of ihram."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ مِنْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِ وتَسَوَّكَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِصَاحِبِ الشَّاةِ «أَلَا نَزَعْتُمْ جِلْدَهَا ثُمَّ دَبَغْتُمُوهُ فَاسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ»

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِصَاحِبِ الشَّاةِ «أَلَا نَزَعْتُمْ جِلْدَهَا ثُمَّ دَبَغْتُمُوهُ فَاسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ»
