[Machine] "When the Prophet of Allah ﷺ wanted to dye his hair, he would take some henna and saffron, mix it with his hands, and then apply it to his beard."  

الطبراني:١١٤٦٦حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْفَرَّاءُ ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا خُصَيْفٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَخْضِبَ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ دُهْنٍ وَزَعْفَرَانَ فَمَرَسَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَمْرُسُهُ عَلَى لِحْيَتِهِ»
