tabarani:11496ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz And Muḥammad b. ʿAlī al-Ṣāʾigh al-Makkī > al-Qaʿnabī > ʿUmar b. Qays > ʿAṭāʾ > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] Al-Qa'bi reported that 'Umar ibn Qais narrated from 'Ata' who narrated from Ibn Abbas that he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever reaches Arafat before the dawn of Fajr (morning prayer), has indeed fulfilled the obligation of Hajj."  

الطبراني:١١٤٩٦حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَا

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ عَرَفَةَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ»
