The Prophet ﷺ said: The slaughter of embryo is included when its mother is slaughtered.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The nourishment of the fetus is the nourishment of its mother." Abu Muhammad was asked, "Is it eaten?" He said, "Yes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ» قِيلَ لِأَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ «يُؤْكَلُ؟» قَالَ «نَعَمْ»

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ it is narrated, he said, "The zakat (charity) of the fetus is the zakat of its mother."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said about the fetus, "Its zakat is the zakat of its mother."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

The Prophet ﷺ addressed me as: O you with the two ears. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5002)

لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا ذَاالْأُذُنَيْنِ

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The charity of the unborn child is the charity of its mother." This was followed by a statement from the trustworthy person, Ubaidullah ibn Abi Ziyad al-Qaddah al-Makki.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ» تَابَعَهُ مِنَ الثِّقَاتِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الْقَدَّاحُ الْمَكِّيُّ

The Prophet ﷺ said: The slaughter of embryo is included when its mother is slaughtered. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2828)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The charity given for the fetus is the charity of its mother."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The zakat of the fetus is the zakat of its mother."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A boy or two boys."

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كَيَّةٌ أَوْ كَيَّتَيْنِ»

[AI] Regarding the Prophet ﷺ on the subject of the fetus's zakat, he said, "Its zakat is the zakat of its mother."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي ذَكَاةِ الْجَنِينِ قَالَ «ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ»

[AI] The fetus inherits the traits of its mother.

الْجَنِينُ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

[AI] His manners are like his mother's manners.

ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

"ذَكَاةُ الجَنيِنَ ذَكَاةُ أُمَّهِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ".

"ذَكَاةُ الجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ".

"ذَكَاةُ الجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ أَشعَرَ أَوْ لَمْ يُشْعِرْ".
