"الحمدُ للهِ نَسْتَعِينُهُ ونَسْتَغْفِرُه ونَسْتَهْديه ونَسْتنْصرهُ، ونعُوذُ به من شُرورِ أنفُسِنَا وسيئاتِ أعْمالِنَا، من يَهدِه اللهُ فلا مُضل له، ومن يُضْلِلْ فلا هَادِى لَه، وأَشْهَدُ أنْ لا إِلَه إِلا اللهُ وأشْهَدُ أَن محمدًا عبده ورسوله، مَنْ يُطِع الله ورَسُولهُ فقد رَشَد ومن يَعْص الله ورسولَه فقد غَوَى، حتى يَفِئَ إِلى أمر الله".

He whom Allah guide has no one who can lead him astray, and he whom He leads astray has no one to guide him. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and apostle. He sent him before the coming of the last hour with truth giving good tidings and warning. He who obeys Allah and His Apostle follows the right path; and he who disobeys them shall harm none except himself, and he will not harm Allah in the least.

Then he recited three verses from the Book of Allah: "Fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims." (Quran 3:102) and "Fear Allah through whom you demand your mutual rights, and reverence the wombs of kinship. Indeed, Allah is ever, over you, an Observer." (Quran 4:1) and "Fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice." (Quran 33:70) until the end of the verse."

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught us the address in case of some need: Praise be to Allah from Whom we ask help and pardon, and in Whom we take refuge from the evils within ourselves. He whom Allah guides has no one who can lead him astray, and he whom He leads astray has no one to guide him. I testify that there is no god but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Apostle. "You who believe,...fear Allah by Whom you ask your mutual rights, and reverence the wombs. Allah has been watching you." ..."you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and die only as Muslims" ...."you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and die only as Muslims"....."you who believe, fear Allah and say what is true. He will make your deeds sound, and forgive your sins. He who obeys Allah and His Apostle has achieved a mighty success." The narrator, Muhammad ibn Sulayman, did mention the word "inna" (verily). Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person, and from him he created his wife, and from them he created many men and women, and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is Ever an All-Watcher over you); O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth.)" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1404)
"إِنَّ الحمد (لله) نَسْتَعِينُه ونستَغْفرُهُ، ونعوذُ بالله من شرورِ أنفُسِنا، من يهده الله فلا مُضِلَّ له، ومن يضْلِلْ فلا هادى له، وأشهد أن لا إِله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدًا عبدُه ورسولهُ {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيكُمْ رَقِيبًا (1)} .
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إلا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ} .
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا (70) يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا} .
"الحَمْدُ لله نحْمَده ونسْتعيِنه ونَعوذ باللهِ من شرورِ أنفسنا، من يَهدِهِ الله فلا مُضِّلَ له، ومن يضلِل فلا هَادِى له، وأَشْهدُ أن لا إله إلا اللهُ وأنَّ مُحمدًا عَبْدُه ورسوله، أرسله بالحقّ بشيرًا ونذيرًا بين يدي الساعة، من يُطع اللهَ ورسولَهُ فقد رَشَدَ ومن يَعْصِه فإِنَّهُ لا يَضرُّ شيئًا ولا يَضرُّ إِلا نفْسَهُ".
