When anyone amongst us (amongst the wives of the Holy Prophet) menstruated, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her to tie a waist-wrapper over her (body) and then embraced her.

كَانَ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَتَأْتَزِرُ بِإِزَارٍ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell one of us, if she was menstruating, to tie her Izar (waist wrap) tightly then he would fondle her."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَشُدَّ إِزَارَهَا ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

"If one of us was menstruating, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell her to put on an Izar (waist wrap) then he would fondle her."

كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ أَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell one of us, if she was menstruating, to tie her Izar (waist wrap) tightly then he would fondle her."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَشُدَّ إِزَارَهَا ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

embraced her.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ ثُمَّ يُضَاجِعُهَا زَوْجُهَا وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يُبَاشِرُهَا

"If one of us was menstruating, the Messenger of Allah would tell her to tie her waist-wrapper around herself, then he would embrace her."

كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ أَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَأْتَزِرَ بِإِزَارٍ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

"If one of us was menstruating, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell her to put on an Izar (waist wrap) then he would fondle her." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 286)

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ أَنْ تَأْتَزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell one of us, if she was menstruating, to tie her Izar (waist wrap) tightly then he would fondle her." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 285)

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَشُدَّ عَلَيْهَا إِزَارَهَا ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

[Machine] "When the Prophet ﷺ commanded me, I would hasten and he would engage with me."

«كُنْتُ إِذَا حِضْتُ أَمَرَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَأَتَّزِرُ وَكَانَ يُبَاشِرُنِي»

embraced her. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 268)

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

embraced her. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 268)

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

[Machine] Maymuna told me, "When one of us would menstruate, she would get up and when she wanted to return, her husband would cover her with a cloth and then engage in intercourse with her."

حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ «كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ فَقَامَتْ فَأَرَادَتِ الرُّجُوعَ أَمَرَهَا فَاتَّزَرَتْ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

"If one of us was menstruating, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell her to put on an Izar (waist wrap) then he would fondle her." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 286)

كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ «أَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تَتَزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell one of us, if she was menstruating, to tie her Izar (waist wrap) tightly then he would fondle her." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 285)

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَأْمُرُ إِحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَشُدَّ إِزَارَهَا ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُهَا»

"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ يَأمُر إحْدَانَا إِذَا كَانَت حَائِضًا أَنْ تأتَزِرَ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرهَا".
