Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that the graves should be plastered or they be used as sitting places (for the people), or a building should be built over them.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُجَصَّصَ الْقَبْرُ وَأَنْ يُقْعَدَ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ
I heard the Prophet ﷺ forbid to sit on the grave, to plaster it with gypsum, and to build any structure over it.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُقْعَدَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ وَأَنْ يُقَصَّصَ وَيُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ
"The Messenger of Allah prohibited plastering graves, writing on them, building over them, and treading on them."
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تُجَصَّصَ الْقُبُورُ وَأَنْ يُكْتَبَ عَلَيْهَا وَأَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهَا وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade building or plastering over the grave.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَى الْقَبْرِ أَوْ يُجَصَّصَ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade that a grave be elevated or sat upon. My father said, "There is no Umm Salamah in it."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُجَصَّصَ قَبْرٌ أَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْ يُجْلَسَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَبِي لَيْسَ فِيهِ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ
"The Messenger of Allah forbade plastering over graves." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2029)
