"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard the recitation of Abu Musa and said: 'This man has been given a Mizmar among the Mazamir of the family of Dawud, peace be upon him.'"

سَمِعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قِرَاءَةَ أَبِي مُوسَى فَقَالَ لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِزْمَارًا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the mosque and heard a man reciting Qur’an. He asked: ‘Who is this?’ It was said: ‘(He is) ‘Abdullah bin Qais.’ He said: ‘He has been given (sweet melodious voice) from the Mazamir of the family of Dawud.’”

دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَسْجِدَ فَسَمِعَ قِرَاءَةَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا فَقِيلَ هَذَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ heard Abdullah ibn Qais reciting and said, "Indeed, he has been given some of the Psalms of the family of David."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ يَقْرَأُ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ أُعْطِيَ هَذَا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ

عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قراءة رجل فقال من هذا قالوا عَبد الله بن قيس قال لقد أوتي من مزامير آل داود
