Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to the lavatory, he used to say: "Allahumma inni aʿudhu bika min al-khubuthi wal khaba'ith."

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

I seek refuge with Allah from the wicked and noxious things.

وَقَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Al-Khala' (the toilet) and said: 'Allahumma inni a'uthu bika min al-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male and female devils)."[1] [1] See Ma'alam As-Sunan by Al-Khattabi. And Al-Khala' is the area one relieves oneself in. It refers to outside or other than that, it should not be understood to mean toilet only.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

"When the Prophet would enter the toilet 'He said: "O Allah! Indeed I seek refuge in You from Al-Khubith and Al- Khaba'ith."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

"Whenever the Messenger of Allah entered the toilet, he would say: 'A'udhu Billahi minal-khubthi wa'l-khaba'ith (I seek refuge with Allah from male and female devils).'"

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Al-Khala' (the toilet) and said: 'Allahumma inni a'uthu bika min al-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male and female devils)."[1] [1] See Ma'alam As-Sunan by Al-Khattabi. "Whenever the Messenger of Allah entered the toilet, he would say: 'A'udhu Billahi minal-khubthi wa'l-khaba'ith (I seek refuge with Allah from male and female devils).'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 298)

كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say this supplication when entering the restroom: "I seek refuge in Allah from the male and female devils." Shu'bah said that he used to recite both versions of the supplication.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَتَى الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبِيثِ أَوِ الْخَبَائِثِ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَقَدْ قَالَهُمَا جَمِيعًا

"Whenever the Messenger of Allah entered the toilet, he would say: 'A'udhu Billahi minal-khubthi wa'l-khaba'ith (I seek refuge with Allah from male and female devils).'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 298)

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ»

"When the Prophet would enter the toilet 'He said: "O Allah! Indeed I seek refuge in You from Al-Khubith and Al- Khaba'ith." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 6)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ»

"Whenever the Messenger of Allah entered the toilet, he would say: 'A'udhu Billahi minal-khubthi wa'l-khaba'ith (I seek refuge with Allah from male and female devils).'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 298)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلم إذا دخل الخلاء قال اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

"إِذا دَخَلتُم الغائِط فقُولُوا: باسْم الله، أعوذُ باللهِ من الخُبُثِ والخبائِثِ".

"إِنَّ هذه الحُشُوشَ مُحْتضَرةٌ، فإِذا أَتى أَحدُكم الخلاءَ فَلْيَقُلْ: أَعوذ باللَّه من الخُبث والخبائث".

" عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الخَلاَءَ قَالَ: أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ ".
