"When the Prophet entered the toilet he would say: 'O Allah Indeed I seek refuge in You.'" Shu'bah (one of the narrators) said: "Another time he said: 'I seek refuge in You from AI-Khubthi and al-Khablth.' Or: 'Al-Khubthi and Al-Khaba'ith.'"
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَقَدْ قَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبِيثِ أَوِ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to answer the call of nature, he used to say, "Allah-umma inni aʿudhu bika minal khubuthi wal khaba'ith i.e. O Allah, I seek Refuge with You from all offensive and wicked things (evil deeds and evil spirits).
سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to the lavatory, he used to say: "Allahumma inni aʿudhu bika min al-khubuthi wal khaba'ith."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Al-Khala' (the toilet) and said: 'Allahumma inni a'uthu bika min al-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male and female devils)."[1] [1] See Ma'alam As-Sunan by Al-Khattabi. And Al-Khala' is the area one relieves oneself in. It refers to outside or other than that, it should not be understood to mean toilet only.

"When the Prophet would enter the toilet 'He said: "O Allah! Indeed I seek refuge in You from Al-Khubith and Al- Khaba'ith."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
"Whenever the Messenger of Allah entered the toilet, he would say: 'A'udhu Billahi minal-khubthi wa'l-khaba'ith (I seek refuge with Allah from male and female devils).'"
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلاَءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say this supplication when entering the restroom: "I seek refuge in Allah from the male and female devils." Shu'bah said that he used to recite both versions of the supplication.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَتَى الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبِيثِ أَوِ الْخَبَائِثِ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَقَدْ قَالَهُمَا جَمِيعًا
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Al-Khala' (the toilet) and said: 'Allahumma inni a'uthu bika min al-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male and female devils)."[1] [1] See Ma'alam As-Sunan by Al-Khattabi. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ»
