اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فاجلوده ثَلاثًا فَإِنْ عَادَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مَنْسُوخٌ فِي الْقَتْلِ

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "Whosoever drinks wine, then flog him, but if he returns and repeats it, then kill him on the fourth offense."

الطبراني:٦٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشَ قَالَا ثنا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا نِمْرَانُ بْنُ مِخْمَرٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
