البزّار:٥٣٢٦ – حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن موسى الحرشي حَدَّثنا زياد بن عَبد الله حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَن مُحَمد بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَن جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبد اللَّهِ أَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ

عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أُتِيَ بِالنُّعَيْمَانِ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ ثَلاثًا فَأَمَرَ بِضَرْبِهِ فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ أُتِيَ بِهِ قَدْ شَرِبَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَجُلِدَ فَكَانَ ذَلِكَ نَاسِخًا لِلْقَتْلِ
