[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When someone drinks alcohol, flog them." He said during the fourth offense, "Kill them."  

الطبراني:١٦٨٧٩ – حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْجُوبَارِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» قَالَ عِنْدَ الرَّابِعَةِ «فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "Whosoever drinks wine, then flog him, but if he returns and repeats it, then kill him on the fourth offense."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
