[Machine] A man was standing with the Messenger ﷺ on Arafat when he fell off his mount. Ayyub said, "I will cut his throat," and Amr said, "I will cut his throat," and he died. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Wash him with water and sidr, shroud him in two garments, and do not perfume him or cover his head. For Allah will resurrect him in the state of ihram." Amr said, "Resurrected in a state of ihram?" Isma'il said, "That's how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it." Musaddad opposed him and said, "No, he said, 'He will be resurrected wearing clothes.' " Sulaiman and Attab agreed that Amr said, "He will be resurrected in a state of ihram," while Ayyub said, "He will be resurrected wearing clothes."

muslim:1206bAbū al-Rabīʿ al-Zahrānī > Ḥammād > ʿAmr b. Dīnār And ʾAyyūb > Saʿīd b. Jubayr > Ibn ʿAbbās > Baynamā

While a person was standing in 'Arafat with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ he fell down from his camel and broke his neck. This was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, whereupon he said: Bathe him with water mixed with the leaves of the lote tree and shroud him in two (pieces of) cloth and neither perfume him nor cover his head; (Ayyub said) for Allah would raise him on the Day of Resurrection in the state of pronouncing Talbiya. ('Amr. however, said): Verily Allah would raise him on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya. Sa'id b. Jubair narrated this hadith on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) that a person was standing with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as he was in the state of Ihram. The rest of the hadith is the same.

[Machine] A man who was standing with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in Arafat fell off his mount and was injured or killed. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Wash him with water and sidr, shroud him in two garments, and do not perfume him or cover his head, for indeed Allah will resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment." Hammad said, "I heard Amr ibn Dinar narrating this from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, and I did not find anything objectionable in the narration of Ayyub."

[Machine] A man was standing with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at Arafat when he fell off his mount. Ayyub said his neck was broken, while 'Amr said his spine was broken. 'Amr said, "He will be resurrected as a muhallaq." Isma'il said the same, as did Musaddad, but 'Arim disagreed. Sulayman ibn Harb also agreed that 'Amr said he will be resurrected in a state of ihram, while Ayyub said he will be resurrected as a muhallaq. Muslim narrated it from Abu al-Rabi'.
