[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The benefit of water should not be sold in order to sell the impurities."

البيهقي:١١٠٦١ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَقِيهُ الشِّيرَازِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّسَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ هِلَالَ بْنَ أُسَامَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يُبَاعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُبَاعَ بِهِ الْكَلَأُ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيِّ الْبَصْرِيِّ هَكَذَا بِلَفْظِ الْبَيْعِ فِي هَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةِ وَفِيهَا دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى صِحَّةِ تَأْوِيلِ الشَّافِعِيِّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ

Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Excess water is not withheld in order to prevent herbage from growing."

مالك:٣٦-٤٠ – وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلأُ
