Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees). (Using translation from Bukhārī 2204)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْأُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees).

If anyone buys palm-trees after they have been fecundated the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer makes a proviso.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلاً قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone buys a slave who possesses property, his property belongs to the seller unless the buyer makes a proviso.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
"Whoever buys a palm tree that has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser stipulated a condition." (Sahih) Another chain from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet ﷺ, with similar wording.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَخْلاً قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If palm trees are sold after they have been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer makes a stipulation about its inclusion."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلاً قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a palm tree that has been pruned and its fruits belong to the one who pruned it, except unless they make a separate agreement with the one who bought it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْرِطَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever sells a palm tree that has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser stipulated a condition. And whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the purchaser stipulated a condition." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2211)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا فِيهَا ثَمَرَةٌ قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever sells a palm tree that has been pollinated and its fruits have not yet ripened, its fruits belong to its owner (the seller) until the first. unless the buyer specifically states a condition.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلًاقَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِرَبِّهَا الْأَوَّلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Any date palm whose roots have been sold, and its fruits have grown, it belongs to the one who nurtured it, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ بِيعَتْ أُصُولُهَا فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
The Prophet ﷺ as saying: If anyone buys a slave who possesses property. his property belongs to the seller unless buyer makes a provision and if anyone buys palm-trees after they have been fecundated, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer make a provision. "Whoever buys a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. And whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. "(sahih) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4636)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَ فَثَمَرَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ»
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever sells a palm tree after it has been pollinated, its produce belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'"

أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
"مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبرَتْ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلبَائع إِلَّا أنْ يَشْتَرط الْمُبْتَاعُ".
"مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ، فَمَالُهُ لِلبَائِع، إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ، فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ".
"عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ، فَمَالُهُ لِلبَائِع إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرط الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرتُهَا لِلْبَائِع إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، قَضَي بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ ".
