adab:121 –

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A person whose neighbours are not safe from his evil will not enter the Garden."

الأدب المفرد:١٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلاَءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ لاَ يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَائِقَهُ

He will not enter Paradise whose neighbour is not secure from his wrongful conduct.

muslim:2556b – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Asmāʾ al-Ḍubaʿī > Jūwayriyah > Mālik > al-Zuhrī > Muḥammad b. Jubayr b. Muṭʿim from his father

The severer of the tie of kinship would not get into Paradise.
