[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Who will guard us tonight?" I said, "I will." He said, "You will sleep." Then he asked, "Who will guard us tonight?" I said, "I will." This repeated several times until I said, "I will, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Then you may guard." So, I guarded them until the break of dawn. Then the Prophet ﷺ said to me, "You were asleep, and I also slept until the sun appeared on our backs and woke us up. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up and performed ablution and the two Rak'ahs (units) of Fajr prayer. Then he led us in offering the morning prayer. When he finished, he said, "Indeed, Allah Almighty, if He intended that you should not sleep, then you would not sleep. Rather, He wanted you to be an example for those after you. This is how it is for those who sleep or forget." Then the camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the camels of the people scattered. People went searching for them and brought their camels except for the camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . Abdallah said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ told me, 'Take it.' So, I took it where he instructed. I found its reins tangled on a tree that no one could have reached with their hand." He said, "I brought it to the Prophet ﷺ , and I said, 'O Messenger of Allah! By the One who sent you with the truth as a Prophet, I found its reins tangled on a tree that no one could have reached with their hand.'" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "And Surah Al-Fath (Chapter of Victory) was revealed to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : 'Indeed, We have granted you a clear triumph.'" [Quran 48:1]

[Machine] Amr ibn Wahb al-Thaqafi said: We were with al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba and he was asked: Did anyone other than Abu Bakr become the father of any of the people of this Ummah? He said: Yes, we were with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and when he was suffering from magic, he struck the neck of my camel. I thought he needed something, so I accompanied him. We continued until we were away from the people, and he alighted from his animal and then went away until I could not see him. He stayed away for a long time, then he came back and asked: O Mughira, do you have any water? I said: Yes. So I went to a nearby well or a suspended waterskin at the end of the camel. I brought him water and he poured it on his hands, then he washed them well. He said: I doubt whether he said: Did he wipe his hands with dust or not? Then he washed his face. Then he turned his hands over and there was a narrow Syrian cloak on them, and it became tight. So he pulled his hands out from under it, and he washed his face and hands. He said: Does the hadith mention washing the face twice? He said: I do not know if it was like this or not. Then he wiped his face with his index fingers and wiped his turban and wiped his socks. Then we rode and caught up with the people, and the prayer had already been established. They were led by Abdullah ibn Awf, and he had already prayed one rak'ah with them while they were in the second rak'ah. So I went to give the Adhan and he prohibited me, so we prayed the rak'ah that we had caught up with and we made up the rak'ah that we had missed.

[Machine] We asked, "Was the Prophet's mother a man from this nation other than Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq?" He replied, "Yes, we were on a journey to a certain place, and when it became late, the Messenger of Allah struck his animal's neck and set off. I followed him, but he disappeared from me for an hour. Then he came and asked, 'What do you need?' I said, 'I have no need, O Messenger of Allah.' He asked, 'Do you have any water?' I said, 'Yes.' So I poured water for him, and he washed his hands, then washed his face. Then he went to wash his forearms, but his sleeve was tight, so he put his hands underneath the sleeve, washed his face again, washed his forearms, wiped over his forehead, wiped over his turban and his shoes. Then we joined the people, and the prayer had already started. Abdur Rahman ibn Awf was leading them, and he had already prayed one Rak'ah. So I went to give the Adhan, but he stopped me. We prayed the prayer that we had caught up with, and we made up the prayer that we had missed."

[Machine] We were with Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah and he was asked, "Did the Prophet ﷺ have children from any other woman of this Ummah except Abu Bakr?" He said, "Yes." He then added a detail to this statement that made the narration more reliable. He said, "We were with the Prophet ﷺ while we were traveling. When it was time for the magical spell, he struck the neck of my camel. I thought he needed something, so I went to him and stayed with him until we were away from the people. He then dismounted from his camel and started to walk in a way that I could not see him. He stayed away for a long time, then he came back and asked, 'Do you have any water, O Mughirah?' I said, 'Yes.' So I went near a water container hanging at the back of the camel and brought it to him. He poured the water on his hands and washed them properly. I also noticed that he wiped his hands with soil and then washed his face. He then wiped his hands on his Turban, wiped it on his feet, and then started to put on a tight Sham'iyah cloak. It became too tight, so he took out his hands from under it to wash his face and hands, as if washing his face twice. I do not know if this is how the washing was done or not. Then, he wiped his fingers and wiped over his Turban, wiped over his shoes, and we then mounted our camels. We caught up with the people and they had already performed the prayer. 'Abdul-Rahman ibn 'Awf led them in prayer, and he had prayed one Rak'ah while they were in the second Rak'ah. I went forward to call the Adhan for him, but he gestured to me not to. So, we performed the Rak'ah that we had missed and then completed what they had already prayed.

Then there is a summary at the end of them, there being no addition to them nor deduction from them forever.' Then he said about the one that was in his left: 'This is a book from the Lord of the worlds, in it are the names of the people of Fire, and the name of their fathers and their tribes. Then there is a summary at the end of them, there being no addition to them nor deduction from them forever.' The companions said: 'So why work O Messenger of Allah! Since the matter is already decided (and over)?' He said: 'Seek to do what is right and draw nearer, for indeed the inhabitant of Paradise, shall have his work sealed off with the deeds of the people of Paradise, whichever deeds he did. And indeed the inhabitant of Fire, shall have his work sealed off with the deeds of the people of Fire, whichever deeds he did.' Then the Messenger of Allah motioned with his hands, casting them down and said: 'Your Lord finished with the slaves, a group in Paradise, and a group in the Blazing Fire.'" The man said the same thing as he did before. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite three phrases of glorification." The man said the same thing again. The man then said, "But recite for me, O Messenger of Allah, a comprehensive Surah that I can recite when the earth shakes, until I finish it." The man then turned and left. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The man has succeeded, the man has succeeded." Then he called him back and said to him, "I have been commanded to designate the Day of Sacrifice as a festival for this Ummah (Muslim nation)." The man asked, "What if I can only find a meager offering for my son, can I sacrifice it?"
