الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى سَوَاءٌ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (a gift given for life) is part of the estate.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (a gift given for life) is for the heir.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ
"I heard 'Amr bin Dinar, narrating from Tawus, from Hujr Al-Madari, from Zaid bin Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah said: "'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir." And Allah knows best."

It was narrated from Zaid bin Thabit that the Prophet ruled that 'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir.

It was narrated from Zaid bin Thabit that the Prophet ruled that 'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ
the Prophet ﷺ ruled that a gift given for life belongs to the heirs (of the recipient).
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَعَلَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ
رَخَّصَ لَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
[Machine] "And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Give them permission.'"
وَقَالَ رَخَّصَ لَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
Qays ibn Talq said: Talq ibn Ali visited us on a certain day during Ramadan. He remained with us till evening and broke fast with us. He then stood up and led us in the witr prayer. He then went to his mosque and led them in prayer. When the witr remained, he put forward another man and said: Lead your companions in the witr prayer, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: There are no two witrs during one night. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ»
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad, ﷺ , said, "There is no bequest for an heir."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra is permissible for the one to whom it is given, and Ruqba is permissible for the one to whom it is given.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3739)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا»
A band of rebels would kill ʿAmmar. (Using translation from Muslim 2916c)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِتَقْتُلْ عَمَّارًا الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the Hajj and Umrah.
«أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ»
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the one who bribes and the one who takes bribe. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3580)
«لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُرْتَشِيَ وَالْمَرْشِيَّ وَالرَّائِشَ»
