الطبراني:٤٩٤٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي حُجْرُ الْمَدَرِيُّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِلْمُعَمَّرِ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ»

"The Messenger of Allah said: '(A man should not be married to) a woman and her paternal aunt nor to a woman and her maternal aunt at the same time.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3288)
