"مَن اسْتَرْعَى رَعِيَّةً فَلمْ يُحِطْهم بِنَصِيحةٍ، لم يُرحَ رِيح الجَنَّةِ، وَإنَّ ريحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ من مَسِيرَةِ مِائَةِ عامٍ".
