that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed, whoever kills a Mu'ahid that has a covenant from Allah and a covenant from His Messenger ﷺ, then he has violated the covenant with Allah and the covenant of His Messenger, so he shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise; even though its fragrance can be sensed from the distance of seventy autumns."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَلاَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدَةً لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ فَلاَ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ

“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of forty years.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا

“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid who has the protection of Allah and the protection of his Messenger, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of Seventy years.”

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever kills a person from among Ahl Adh-Dhimmah, he will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, and its fragrance may be detected from a distance of forty years." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4750)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا

[Machine] "On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: 'There will be a group of people who will have a covenant. Whoever kills one of them will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be detected from a distance of seventy years.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَيَكُونُ قَوْمٌ لَهُمْ عَهْدٌ فَمَنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْهُمْ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا

“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid who has the protection of Allah and the protection of his Messenger, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of Seventy years.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2687)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَلَا مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ خَفَرَ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَلَا يَرَحْ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا» على شرط مسلم

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا

"مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ ريحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ".

"مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا لَمْ يَرح رَائحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا".

"أَلَا منْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعاهدةً لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّه وذمَّةُ رسُولِهِ فَقَدْ (أَحْقَر) بذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ فَلَا يرِحُ رائِحة الجنَّةِ وإِنَّ ريحَها لَيُوجدُ مِنْ مسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَريفًا ".
