"مَنْ قَتَلَ حَيَّةً فَلَهُ سَبْعُ حَسَنَاتٍ، وَمَنْ قَتَل وَزَغَةً فَلَهُ حَسَنَةٌ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ حَيَّةً (خَشْيَةَ الطَّلَب) فَلَيسَ مِنَّا".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a snake will be rewarded with seven good deeds, and whoever kills a harmful insect will be rewarded with one good deed, and whoever leaves a snake out of fear of its consequences, then he is not from us."
