"O Messenger of Allah, my fater is an old man and he cannot perform Hajj or 'Umrah, nor can he travel." He said: "Perform Hajj and 'Umrah on behalf of your father."(sahih)
أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلاَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَلاَ الظَّعْنَ قَالَ فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ
"O Messenger of Allah! My father is an old man who cannot perform Hajj or 'Umrah, nor can he travel." He said "Perform Hajj and 'Umrah on behalf of your father."
أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلاَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَالظَّعْنَ قَالَ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ
A man of Banu Amir said: Messenger of Allah, my father is very old, he cannot perform hajj and umrah himself nor can be ride on a mount. He said: Perform hajj and umrah on behalf of your father.
حَفْصٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلاَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَلاَ الظَّعْنَ قَالَ احْجُجْ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ
That he went to the Prophet and said: "O Messenger of Allah! My father is an elderly man who is not able to perform Hajj nor Umrah nor undertake a journey.' He said: 'Perform Hajj on behalf of your father and perform Umrah.'"
أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلاَ الْعُمْرَةَ وَلاَ الظَّعْنَ قَالَ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ
“O Messenger of Allah, my father is an old man and he cannot perform Hajj or ‘Umrah, and he is not able to ride the mount (due to old age).” He said: “Perform Hajj and ‘Umrah on behalf of your father.”

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ وَالظَّعْنَ فَقَالَ «حَجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ»
[Machine] A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, my father is an elderly man and is unable to perform Hajj. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Yes, perform Hajj on behalf of your father."
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ حُجَّ مَكَانَ أَبِيكَ»
[Machine] "A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, my father is an elderly man who is unable to perform Hajj. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, 'Yes, perform Hajj on behalf of your father.'"
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَعَمْ فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ»
[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, my father is old and cannot perform Hajj, Umrah, or carry a burden." He ﷺ said, "Perform Hajj and Umrah on behalf of your father and carry the burden for him." "And the wording is from the hadith of Ali ibn Abdul Aziz."
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ وَلَا الظَّعْنَ قَالَ «حِجَّ عَنْ أبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ» «وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ»

"عَنْ أَبى رزينٍ العُقَيْلِىِّ أَنَّهَ أَتَى النَّبى ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رسولَ الله إِنَّ أَبِى شَيَخ كَبِير وَلَا يَسْتطيعُ الحجَّ وَلَا العُمْرةَ ولا الطعْنَ وَقْد أَدْرَكنَا الإِسْلَامَ، أفأحَجُّ عَنَهُ؟ قَالَ: حج عَنْ أَبِيكَ واعْتَمِرْ".
