I have never heard the Prophet ﷺ mentioning both his father and mother for anybody other than Saʿd. (Using translation from Bukhārī 4058)   

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٩٥١ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ مَا

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَجْمَعُ أَبَوَيْهِ لِأَحَدٍ غَيْرِ سَعْدٍ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned both his father and mother for me on the day of the battle of Uhud.
