[Machine] "Rasul Allah ﷺ saw me while I was in prostration, and I had braided my hair or tied it up, so I released it."
Kurayb the freed slave of Ibn Abbas reported: Abdullah ibn Abbas saw Abdullah ibn al-Harith praying having the back knot of the hair. He stood behind him and began to untie it. He remained standing unmoved (stationary). When he finished his prayer he came to Ibn Abbas and said to him: What were you doing with my head? He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: A man who prays with the black knot of hair tied is the one praying pinioned. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 647)
2.106 [Machine] Yawning in prayer

2.108 [Machine] Prayer of the sitting (person) is half of the prayer of the standing (person)

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The prayer of a person who prays sitting down is equal to half of the prayer." So, I entered upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was praying sitting down, and I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I heard that you said, 'The prayer of a person who prays sitting down is equal to half of the prayer,' and yet you are praying sitting down?" He replied, "Yes, but I am not like any one of you."

[Machine] "Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , said, 'I have never seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying while sitting until close to the time of his passing, which was about a year or two before his death. I saw him praying while sitting, reciting the Surah until it became longer than any other Surah.'"
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Rukanah bin Yazid from the Prophet ﷺ through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2207)
2.110 [Machine] Prohibition of wiping pebbles
[Machine] It was said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about wiping in the mosque, he said, "If you must do it, then do it only once." Hisham said, "I think he meant wiping over the footwear."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘When anyone of you gets up to perform prayer, then indeed mercy is facing him, so he should not smooth the pebbles.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1027)
2.111 [Machine] All the land is clean except for the cemetery and the bathroom
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I have been given five things that no prophet before me was given. Firstly, the prophet was sent specifically to his own people, whereas I have been sent to all people. Secondly, the spoils of war have been made lawful for me, while they were prohibited for those before me. Thirdly, the earth has been made pure and a place of worship for me, so any place can be used as a mosque or a place of purification. Fourthly, the distance that our enemy fears from us is a month's journey. And finally, I have been given the privilege of intercession.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The whole earth is a mosque except for the graveyard and the bathroom." It was asked to Abu Muhammad, "Is prayer allowed in the graveyard?" He said, "Yes, if it is not on the grave." And the narration says that most of them transmitted it.
2.112 [Machine] Prayer in Sheep Pens and Camel Enclosures
The Messenger of Allah said: "If you cannot find anywhere (for prayer) except sheep's resting-places and camels' resting-places, then perform prayer in the sheep's resting-places and do not perform prayer in the camels' resting-places." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 768)

[Machine] I have heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a similar one for him in Paradise."
2.114 [Machine] The Two Rak'ahs When Entering the Mosque
"When any one of you enters the Masjid, let him pray two Rak'ahs before he sits down." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 730)
2.115 [Machine] The saying upon entering the mosque
when any of you enters the mosque he should invoke blessing on the prophet ﷺ and then he should say: O Allah, open to me the gates of thy mercy. And when he goes out, he should say: O Allah, I ask thee out of Thine abundance. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 465)
2.116 [Machine] The Repulsion of Saliva in the Mosque
[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ, "Is spitting in the mosque a sin?" He said, "Yes, and its expiation is burying it."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a person prays, they are having a private conversation with their Lord, or their Lord is addressing them directly between them and the qibla (direction of prayer). So when one of you spits, let them spit to their left or under their foot, or say, 'Like this' and spit on their garment and rub it with some of it on the other."
[Machine] While the Prophet ﷺ was delivering a sermon, he saw some spit in the direction of the mosque's Qibla (prayer direction). This annoyed him and he reprimanded the people of the mosque, saying that Allah will accept a person's prayer when they are in it, so they should not spit there or he said, "do not blow your nose." He then ordered for it to be wiped and it was wiped. Hammad said, "I do not know of it except that it was done with saffron."
Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw some expectoration on the wall of the mosque; he took gravel and scraped it off and said, "If anyone of you wanted to spit he should neither spit in front of him nor on his right but he could spit either on his left or under his left foot." (Using translation from Bukhārī 408)
2.117 [Machine] Sleeping in the mosque
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came to me while I was sleeping in the mosque and he hit me with his foot. He said, "Don't you see that you are sleeping here?" I said, "O Prophet of Allah, sleepiness overpowered my eyes."
[Machine] "I used to spend the night in the mosque, and I didn't have any family members. So I saw in a dream as if I was being taken to a well where there were men hung. It was said, 'Take him to the right.' So I told Hafsah about the dream and asked her to narrate it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . She narrated it to him, and he said, 'Who saw this dream?' She replied, 'Ibn Umar.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'What an excellent young man, or what an excellent man he is if he were to perform the night prayer.' He (Ibn Umar) said, 'And when I slept, I wouldn't wake up until morning.' He (the Prophet) said, 'Then maintain the night prayer.'"
2.118 [Machine] Prohibition of seeking misguidedness in the mosque, buying, and selling
That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When you see someone selling or buying in the Masjid then say: 'May Allah not profit your business.' And when you see someone announcing about something lost then say: 'May Allah not return it to you.'" The Hadith of Abu Hurairah is Hasan Gharib. This is acted upon according to some of the people of knowledge. They dislike selling and buying in the Masjid. This is the view of Ahmad and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge permitted selling and buying in the Masjid. (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1321)

2.120 [Machine] Prohibition of using graves as mosques
When the last moment of the life of Messenger of Allah ﷺ came he started putting his 'Khamisa' on his face and when he felt hot and short of breath he took it off his face and said, "May Allah curse the Jews and Christians for they built the places of worship at the graves of their Prophets." The Prophet ﷺ was warning (Muslims) of what those had done. (Using translation from Bukhārī 435)

2.128 [Machine] What interrupts prayer and what does not interrupt it.
Abu Dharr said (and not the Prophet): If there is not anything like the back of a saddle in front of a man who is praying, then a donkey, a black dog, and a woman cut off his prayer. I asked him: Why has the black dog been specified, distinguishing it from a red, a yellow and a white dog? He replied: My nephew, I also asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the same question as you asked me. He said: The black dog is a devil. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 702)
2.129 [Machine] Nothing cuts off prayer
“The Prophet ﷺ was performing prayer at ‘Arafat, and Fadl and I came riding a female donkey. We passed in front of part of the row, then we dismounted and left the donkey, and we came and joined the row.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 947)
2.130 [Machine] Dislike of passing in front of the worshipper
[Machine] He heard from the Prophet ﷺ about the one who passes in front of the praying person and said, "Verily the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'It is better for one of you to stand forty (riyals) away from the praying person, than to pass in front of him.'" He said, "So I do not know if he meant a year, a month, or a day."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: "If one who passes in front of a man who is praying knew the responsibility he incurs, he would prefer to stand still for forty. . . rather than pass in front of him. Abu al-Nadr said: I do not know whether he said forty days, or months, or years." Abu Dawud: Sufyan al-Thawri said: If a man passes proudly in front of me while I am praying, I shall stop him, and if a weak man passes, I shall not stop him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 701)
