2.34 [Machine] The Dislike of Uttering "In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" Aloud

٢۔٣٤ بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ الْجَهْرِ بِبِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

darimi:1276Muslim b. Ibrāhīm > Hishām > Qatādah > Anas

[Machine] "The Prophet, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman used to begin reciting by saying, 'Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds' [Al-Fatiha 2]." Abu Muhammad said, 'With this, we say, and I do not see the need to audibly say 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.'"  

الدارمي:١٢٧٦أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ كَانُوا يَفْتَتِحُونَ الْقِرَاءَةَ بِ {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [الفاتحة 2] قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ بِهَذَا نَقُولُ وَلَا أَرَى الْجَهْرَ بِبِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
