2.227 [Machine] Returning from the mosque without taking a different path than the one you came from.

٢۔٢٢٧ بَابُ الرُّجُوعِ مِنَ الْمُصَلَّى مِنْ غَيْرِ الطَّرِيقِ الَّذِي خَرَجَ مِنْهُ

darimi:1654Muḥammad b. al-Ṣalt > Fulayḥ > Saʿīd b. al-Ḥārith > Abū Hurayrah

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that when the Prophet ﷺ went out to ‘Eid (prayers), he would return via another route than the first one he took. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1301)   

الدارمي:١٦٥٤أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ إِلَى الْعِيدِ رَجَعَ فِي طَرِيقٍ آخَرَ»
