bayhaqi:19515 – Abū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Aḥmad b. ʿAbdān > Aḥmad b. ʿUbayd al-Ṣaffār > Ismāʿīl b. Isḥāq al-Qāḍī > Musaddad > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Khālid > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got him self cupped and gave the cupper his wages. Had he considered it impure, he would not have given it (wage) to him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3423)   

البيهقي:١٩٥١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ عَلِمَهُ خَبِيثًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُسَدَّدٍ

When the Prophet ﷺ was cupped, he paid the man who cupped him his wages. If it had been undesirable he would not have paid him.
