[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ criticized the deceivers and gave the cupper his reward, even if it was unlawful, he would not withhold it from him."  

الطبراني:١٢٥٨٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْأَخْدَعَيْنِ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ كَانَ حَرَامًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ»

When the Prophet ﷺ was cupped, he paid the man who cupped him his wages. If it had been undesirable he would not have paid him.  

البخاري:٢٢٧٩حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ عَلِمَ كَرَاهِيَةً لَمْ يُعْطِهِ  

bukhari:2103Musaddad > Khālid > Ibn ʿAbdullāh > Khālid > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

Once the Prophet ﷺ got his blood out (medically) and paid that person who had done it. If it had been illegal, the Prophet ﷺ would not have paid him.  

البخاري:٢١٠٣حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الَّذِي حَجَمَهُ وَلَوْ كَانَ حَرَامًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ  

abudawud:3423Musaddad > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Khālid > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got him self cupped and gave the cupper his wages. Had he considered it impure, he would not have given it (wage) to him.  

أبو داود:٣٤٢٣حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ عَلِمَهُ خَبِيثًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ  

ahmad:3085ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Hishām > Muḥammad > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed hijama (cupping) and gave the cupper his payment, even though it was forbidden. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not give it to him.  

أحمد:٣٠٨٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ كَانَ سُحْتًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ  

ahmad:2904Ḥajjāj > Sharīk > Jābir > ʿĀmir > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ had cupping done three times, between the shoulder blades and on the back, and he paid the cupper his fee. Even if it had been prohibited, he would not have withheld it from him.  

أحمد:٢٩٠٤حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ احْتَجَمَ ثَلاثًا فِي الْأَخْدَعَيْنِ وَبَيْنَ الْكَتِفَيْنِ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ كَانَ حَرَامًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ إِيَّاهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ frowned and gave him his reward, even though what he gave him was forbidden.
