[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should sell anything over the sale of another. In the narration of Abu Zakariyya, he said, 'None of you should sell.'"  

البيهقي:١٠٨٨٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنا الرَّبِيعُ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا مَالِكٌ ح وَأنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا لَا يَبِيعُ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ
