30. Transactions
٣٠۔ كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ
the Prophet forbade a town-dweller to sell for a desert- dweller, even if he was his father or brother. (Sahih ) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4492)
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَبَاهُ وَأَخَاهُ
[Machine] "Abu Abdul Rahman Salim bin Nuh is not strong, and Muhammad bin Zibrqan is more beloved to us than him."
أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْنَا مِنْهُ
We were forbidden that a town dweller should sell goods of a desert dweller. (Using translation from Bukhārī 2161)
أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ»
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: A townsman must not sell for a man from the desert ; and leave people alone, Allah will give them provision from one another. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3442)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ دَعُوا النَّاسَ يَرْزُقُ اللهُ بَعْضَهُمْ مَنْ بَعْضٍ»
"Do not go out to meet the riders, and do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon os as to sell him your own goods, do not artificially inflate prices, and let not a town-dweller sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih ) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4496)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَلَقَّوُا الرُّكْبَانَ لِلْبَيْعِ وَلَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ»
the Messenger of Allah forbade artificially inflating prices, meeting traders on the way, and for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih ) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4497)
