[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited anyone from selling to his brother until he leaves, except for spoils of war and inheritances. And likewise.  

البيهقي:١٠٨٨٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ شَهْرٌ كَانَ تَاجِرًا وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ فَقَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَرَوَاهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَأَرْسَلَهُ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَدْرَكْتُ النَّاسَ لَا يَرَوْنَ بَأْسًا بِبَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ فِيمَنْ يَزِيدُ
