Truffles are a kind of 'Manna' which Allah sent down upon Moses and their juice is a medicine for the eyes.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَى مُوسَى وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ  

Truffles are 'Manna' which Allah, the Exalted the Majestic, sent to the people of Israil, and its juice is a medicine for the eyes.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ ﷻ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ  

“I heard Sa’eed bin Zaid bin ‘Amr bin Nufail narrating from the Prophet ﷺ that: ‘Truffles are a type of manna that Allah sent down to the Children of Israel, and their water is a healing for eye (diseases).’”  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ  

I heard Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying: Truffles are a kind of 'Manna' and their juice is a medicine for the eyes. (Using translation from Muslim 2049a)   

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ المَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلعَيْنِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ» قَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ «الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَهُ اللهُ عَلَى مُوسَى وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ»  

"الْكْمأَةُ مِنَ المَنِّ الَّذِي أنْزلَ اللهُ تبارك وتَعَالى عَلَى بنِى إِسْرَائِيل، ومَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلعَينِ ".
